I was unable to use the app because when I turned it on to start tracking, the dogs started freaking out. Apparently they can hear the sonar sounds. I deleted the app right away. 🥺

I wish I wasn’t misled
I thought I was reviewing the delivery men when I pointed to card. I realized it was more and believed it was an actual app. No it goes to a website, does NOT stay on the app. THEN learned to track your sleep you have to plug you phone in an arm’s length away from you while you sleep. Is the developer aware of the amount of EMF given off a plugged in phone gives? This whole setup was a lie from the beginning. “How did we do?” There’s no survey yet a plugged in phone an arm length away while u sleep is a set up for disaster. Delete delete deleteDenise.E.R

Unable to create account
As much as I want to utilize this app, I have been unable to create an account. I have tried going through apple, Facebook, Google, sign up etc and it just refreshes the screen after I try to login and I end up right back where I started. Highly frustrating!AmyKra

Best delivery Team ever!! Courteous, efficient, careful, and accommodating. I met Mauricio at the truck as they arrived and explained that I know they are not scheduled to assemble but asked if they could drop it in the bedroom and I’ll take it from there. He said sure, whatever we wanted they’ll be happy to help us out, no problem. They brought the mattress and box springs in and set everything up for us all inside of 10 minutes. Great job Team Mauricio, and exceptional customer service!!

Sonar hurts my ears
The sonar sound was supposed to be so high I can’t hear it, but I can and my pets ran away from it. When I woke up in the middle of the night I had to cover my ears with my blanket just to sleep and I have 2 fans in my room. The app also lost signal and didn’t track for half the nighthannah41614

We bought a new mattress two months ago. As you might know it takes a while to get used to a new mattress even one that feels perfect. This sleep app adds a scientific tool to the business of sleeping. It really helps me understand how I can do certain things to make my sleep experience better. The score quantifies the night. Some might not like such a score. I find the graph and the essays about better sleep really helpful. Sleep can be a subjective experience; this can make it more objective providing clear steps to take to make the night better. I recommend it highly!Phredrows
