One stop shop for self care

I am really appreciative of all this app had to offer. It offers an array of resources and exercises that range from help with anxiety to help with addiction, while the UI is not only pleasant to look at and use but also makes it very easy to locate these resources. The articles shared across the app create a comfort in knowing we are not struggling alone and the get involved tab lists a bunch of helpful resources that will allow you to give back in different ways. Overall this is a great app for anyone who needs help or is looking to help.

Amazing

Going through my self love and mental recuperation journey, i’ve learned that journaling and being aware of any feelings and emotions that I have is important for healing. This app does just that. You are able to track any current feelings, write a little message to yourself, etc and it gives you cute quotes and aspirational letters for any mood and occasion. I love it! I’m not at the part of my healing journey where I am comfortable speaking with a a therapist as of yet, and this app is a beautiful alternative. It definitely helps with anxiety or anything! You can be mentally sound and still use it to track thoughts/feelings!

A great start to my day

This app is really creative and turned a task that is easy to forget into something of a routine! I love how it provides reminders and prompts to encourage you to journal. The benefits of journaling are unparalleled and having an app to guide you is wonderful for mental health. It’s definitely something I’m adding to my daily routine.

Wonderful App

Initially I just got the app to earn points on propeller, but the more I use it, the better it gets. I love all the different categories you can choose from to find what you need specifically. I also like the journaling features since I never realized how helpful it would be to actually write down my thoughts. Devs did an awesome job with this app!

Super helpful

I love the idea of a mood journal but I’m terrible at actually doing the things. Having the app remind me to do it wherever I am is great and the prompts have helped me intentionally focus on the positives, even if today isn’t one of them. Hopeful has picked out various articles and blogs and put them right at at my fingertips. These have helped me not only in my own journey but having the perspectives of others tackling their own mental health has helped me understand more of what my friends who don’t like to talk about it are going through. The selection is somewhat limited and not necessarily tailored which means I have good exposure to a lot of things but it’s on me to interact with them. I really appreciate the find help section as well.

Super streamlined and easy to use, there are pertinent topics to read about, and links to find help and donate to TWLHA. An easy daily checker to add to your morning routine and self reflection time.

Great App

This app is such a relief for me. Im not much of a social person so having to talk to people about my thoughts and other things is more of a struggle than a benefit for me. But with this app I am able to release all the stress with ease. Thank you for the great app. Looking forward to exploring more of it!

I just downloaded this so I haven’t really got a chance to use it but I think apps like this are so important because we were always on our phones nowadays and we forget about self-care. I can’t wait to use this!

Love this app!

I love that this app not only gives you tips on self care, but also gives links to reading material to connect with others who are going through the same processes as you. The only improvement I would like to see is more scientific/medical articles included in reading.

If you are looking for an app to give you a helping hand during dark times this is it. TWLOH is such a beautiful organization they truly care about spreading awareness about mental health. Within the app you can find a ideal journal to track your thoughts and beautiful words to lift your spirit. It’s really easy to navigate and understand would highly recommend.
