  • Glitches and no resolution

    I am in extremely dissatisfied with this app. When it works it is great. Since I have had the app it crashes every 2 months and then I have to wait at least 2 weeks for it to be fixed. As I am writing this review … my app is not functional yet again and I have to keep downloading another app (test flight) to temporarily fix the reset app to work. I have no issues with Senada’s app (Crush it) Massy Arias website (Más Vida). While Jenna’s platform is actually my favorite I cannot use it without constant interruption. I have spoken to Abbi and Anaya who are in the tech support and have not received any responses to my emails for the entire week. I have to send emails daily for updates without a prompt response. I received a generic Email telling me I didn’t complete the instructions to download another link but NEVER received the link in any emails. I wish I could attach screenshots. Please do better…

  • ❌ DON'T BOTHER! Better apps available! ❌

    ❓Want to pay to possibly get injured?❓Like poor customer service & want to be dismissed and lied to? ✅ If yes, this is the app for you! ❎ If not, go elsewhere sis! This app is not it.❓ What kind of trainer doesn't tell you how to have proper form (WORKOUT 101)?! Not a reputable one! 👎🏾 Despite having been live for YEARS, most exercises don't even have descriptions for form which can lead to injury. It led to mine and support did NOT care and wouldn't refund my 2nd annual subscription when requested a month into it. I'd complained like 4 months prior about this and they said they were going to work on it. Do you think they did? Of course not! 👎🏾 Aside from that, the app routinely breaks with updates and will keep crashing. ❌ Customer service isn't very helpful, truthful, concerned about your health, or transparent. ❌ It gets stale very fast. BETTER OPTIONS: 1️⃣ FitBod [$] – an AI personal trainer that tailors workouts to your equipment, etc. 2️⃣ FitOn [FREE] which has hundreds of on-demand workouts of all kinds. Never had problems with either one and recommend both so much more than Reset. 👎🏾 Just Say No. 🚫 If you're reading this, consider yourself lucky enough to be warned and run away. 🍀🏃🏾‍♀️

  • Love this workout App

    I have tried various apps- Jenna DeLeon’s are by far my favorite. They are challenging and the intensity increases over time. I also love the Sweat app but The Reset app feels more challenging for me too. The Sweat app is better to provide alternative exercises, the Reset app does not but the workouts still feel better. I’m not saying Sweat is not good - I like to toggle between both. The only other downside, you can’t see an overview of workout once you start. Other than that, The Reset app brings great workout programs for home ( barbell of hand weights) or gym workouts- I love both. I’m presently finalizing my last week of the Bikini Summer program- this workout is 🔥 and definitely will get me summer ready. I plan to do the full program a second time once I finish - it’s that good. Hope this helps!

  • Future Improvements

    I like the reset app overall, it’s simple and easy to use. There are some features that I believe could be improved that would make this app 5-star. 1.) there should be a separate section under the kettlebell tab that shows the programs you are currently in or have completed. As of now if I try to start a new program it removes the program I’m currently in and all my information is lost. 2.) there is a section for nutrition but there is no guidelines on where to start with nutrition. Having some example food guides or recipes to follow could assist a lot of people in their journey, so partnering with a nutritionist would provide added value to the app. 3.) I understand the community section and it’s purpose, but getting advice from qualified professionals is also important. I love that people can share receipts,tips, etc. but professional guidance/tips would be appreciated.

  • So much in one app.

    Pros: plan meals, track meals, track water intake, and of course the workout videos. I really appreciate not having to think about what workouts I’m going to do. You can plan your day or week right here in the app. The workouts also include breaks. Love it.

    Con: Every time there is an update (which seems often), it is required to update the app before using. You can’t use an old version of the app.

  • Misleading information

    The app has big potential but there are details that actually can be very misleading. For example when choosing a workout like « get off the couch » that says 18mins 6rounds 250calories and 3circuits but when you are doing the workout it’s actually 4rounds per circuits. The number of circuits were correct but the rest was not since I did a total of 12rounds and it took me around 30mins which might suggest that the calories are not right either (I don’t care about calories so idk). I had this problem with every workout I tried but idk if with choosing an actual program to follow would be different.

    The other thing that bothers me is there is a timer to start the workout but not there isn’t one to tell you when to finish. For example doing 30sec squats you have a 5secs timer to tell you when to start but you don’t know when to finish and I often find myself using my supposed rest time meaning that I did too much.

    Don’t get me wrong I like the app but these are important details for ME that would need to be fixed so I could enjoy it 100%.

  • Very good workout app!

    I like the app and the videos/instructions for each workout. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts was because it gives the amount of calories you “burn”. I have been using it for weeks and still haven’t burned the amount of calories on any workout session I have done; different people will burn a different amount of calories.

  • Don’t get the app. Not helpful

    I find this app rather frustrating at the gym the app doesn’t gives me the control of timers, the instructions are not details enough. The interface is set up to not have a clear visual it’s a gif that’s not larger than 1/3 of the screen making it so hard to see the form. This app doesn’t not do refunds and they won’t let you cancel out please only try out a month and continue if it’s useful to you so you’re not trapped into a year long subscription with reset.

  • Keeps crashing 😕

    When I downloaded the app for the first time a few days ago and just had the free portion the app seemed to work fine. The moment I purchased the Black Friday Blowout the app would keep crashing and wouldn’t work no matter how many times I tried to re-install it. Disappointed since I was looking forward to using this app.

  • Excited Newbie

    I tried this app for the first time today and im very impressed with the exercises.
    I am doing the 8 week bikini body program.
    I wanted to bring structure to my workouts and this was excellent.
    Be warned you have to be patient on this programme as you will be doing 4 to 5 sets of all exercises which keeps you in the gym for a while but i found the demos helpful and the countdown useful too.
    I thought i needed an in-person trainer but i find i am able to go at my own pace and connect with my body better. I find trainers tend to rush and not all want to focus on proper form.
    I like varied use of machines she has pulled together.
    I am looking forward to my next session plus i got this on the black friday deal so its a win-win
