I am including phone numbers and all of the information needed to put a ride… However every trip is denied because they are not getting the phone number. I am including this information and do not know what else to do.

There’s a glitch in filling out form and getting to next page. It took numerous attempts and I almost gave up.
Book a trip is ackward in workflow.
App is confusing when booking a trip.

I have a registered account that works on the web browser, but not the app. It doesn’t recognize my credentials….

Could not get the app to work. Registered and everything and it keeps telling me my email doesn’t exist. So website it is I guess

I am a registered user online, will NOT let me login. Claims I’m not logging in with my correct login and password. It is a dead and useless app.
