    I just got Fidium Fiber Internet install it one week ago, and I have not have any issue. The experience is the best and super fast.

  • Poor service since day 1

    Was so very excited to get rid of Comcast. How big of a mistake have I made? Well I work from home several hours a week and haven’t been able to since getting this service. Issues with connection everyday, probably 25/30 times a day and that’s just when I notice. On Sundays I can’t watch the games because I have DTV stream and service goes out all day long!! Have called a few times and no correction yet. I’ll give them a chance but please don’t force me back to the corruption that is Comcast!

    I have trouble in my major tv viewing area. Internet service blinks on and off.

    This app is amazingly user-friendly. The data works superb and well worth the $70 a month I pay.
  • Worst Service

    Despite high hopes when installed, Fidium has been a disaster. Frequent drops, intermittent slow speeds, but the worst has been the website user interface. I’ve tried for months to pay my bill online, but every time I click on the link the site circles back to the page that I’m on, never completing the link, never allowing me to pay online. I downloaded the app, but I’m stuck on a page which states, “Searching for pods…” and nothing more happens.

    Customer service has been worthless. Aside from an overly long wait on hold, once connected the customer is bounced from agent to agent, each agent asking in turn for the customer’s lengthy ID number, despite the fact that they can easily look up one’s account by name, or phone number.

    Not a single suggestion offered has worked, agents are condescending, I’ve been treated as an old guy who’s simply not internet savvy, with no suggestions for resolution of the problem. When I asked, repeatedly, for a physical mailing address to which I could send a check, it was only on the third request to a supervisor that I received the info, with the admonition that if payment was late I could lose service.

    Had I any other option at all where I live I wouldn’t use Fidium, and certainly wouldn’t recommend the company.

    The worst internet. Very slow. Always saying no network connection. Very frustrating
