Awful App
I’ve never encountered so much problems with an app ever in my life. Random video pop ups, error codes when trying to log in, missing information, black screen crashes. Extremely frustrating!!

The only thing I do not like is that we have to pay for the trampoline every time we come in because if I don’t pay for the trampoline my three year old runs in there anyways, and I have to pay for it. There should be a membership that includes the trampoline. We have the bronze pass extra for a pass that includes the trampoline

Summer Fun Pass
Just moved to an area with a Chuck E Cheese and saw the summer fun deal. I opted for the gold pass (mostly because 50% off food and drinks). Used it today for the first time and it is such a good deal. The 250 points, medium pizza, and 2 drinks would have cost almost $100 dollars alone. Gold pass was $150 after tax and can use the 250 points every day for two months… it will pay for itself in 2 trips. Rainy days, time passer, (did I mention they have beer and seltzers?). I believe you can also split the points onto multiple cards so one 250 point pass can be split up on multiple kiddos. I’m all for budget friendly family finds.

Summer pass fun
Every summer we go to Chuck E. Cheese and we get a summer pass. But this year it has been so awesome. The 250 points resets every day that’s 250 games. I have three little girls I’m a single mom and we go to Chuck E. Cheese at least three times a week now. The girls upfront are amazing. So kind and happy to see us every time we walk in. The goal pass has saved us so much money. It literally pays itself often to visits. I would spend at least $60 every single time I would go now every time we go the girls get to play and I spend at most $15. And the girls play for two hours and we get to eat and have so much fun. It’s always nice and clean but the girl upfront is my favorite. She has been there for two years. I wish I knew her name because she is so nice to us, and I would like for her to get credit. She says she graduates high school next year. I hope she stays. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese for having such a Awesome and Please and taking care of us over the summer lol.

Pretty useful and makes for great deals on frequent visits, but not a lot of guidance in the app on navigating and getting the most of the options. Could use some tutorial menus or instructional pop-ups. It’s getting better. Setting up the second birthday party was easier than the first. Definitely

Required to accept privacy policy
Minus one star because I was required to give a date of birth for either myself or my daughter. And you cannot use the app without accepting the privacy policy. I do not freely share my child’s personal information online if I can avoid it. I gave them the cat’s date of birth.
Minus another star because the 500 free points offered at download expires in an hour if you click on it. How could I have known that? I just downloaded the app!

Very disappointed in chucky cheese memberships
Not only did I pay for the Gold membership for the last three to four years. but all the points we accumulated has been cancelled and the prices does not included with the food and play which makes us very disappointed and we don’t want to pay for another year since every year we become members and is not able to use our points or rewards the membership does not stipulated that the points and rewards will be lost before the year is out. Nor does it say it will not work doing the summer months. All summer we had to get manager approval just to use our Gold membership without the manager approval we had to pay full price due to the membership was not working after paying for in a few weeks

My first time visiting this location and will not be my last! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was clean and my kids enjoyed. Hadn’t been to Chuck E Cheese in years but will definitely be coming more often.
