Flawless
Must be a lot of illiterate people in here, because I literally had zero issues.
I mean… budget airline = budget app
Room for improvement
Why have an app at all?
You can’t check flight status, access boarding pass, view seat map at any time other than during check-in, access flight history, store account info or passenger details, store payment options. It doesn’t even save your upcoming flight reservations so if you want to check in, change, or cancel, you have to dig up the email and type in the confirmation.

Once I’ve logged on (multiple times) it still doesn’t have a section or an ability to see my upcoming flights. So of course you can’t adjust or view or make changes to anything.
I want it to be good. I want them to be successful. But y’all need to start with this app.
