    I have really enjoyed the burn app. It’s easy to use and is adaptable to wherever you are. The workouts are simple yet very effective moves. I haven’t worked out this consistently since college. I am hoping that a gym lifting program will be added soon. 💕
  • Not the best features

    For the hype of this app it is not living up to the expectations. You shouldn’t have to sign in every time you want to workout. This is the only app I have that makes you do this every time. When you complete a workout it should show you what workout is coming up next but it doesn’t. Users like this type of stuff so it’s easy to see and they can plan mentally. Also, the same mindset when you are about to start the workout. You don’t know what you need to go grab. I like to set up the area first and then I can really focus. I hope they change these suggestions for future users. Thank you

  • Great First Roll Out

    I have really like the app so far! It’s been 3 weeks and the workouts are hard, quick and sweaty, just how I like to work out. I love how each workout targets different muscle groups, but if done daily, I feel like I hit everything during the week. One improvement would be that I would love if the workouts would give you an overview of needed equipment before you start as I am sometimes scrambling getting necessary equipment during the workout.

  • Pregnancy workouts have too much jumping

    I’ve been following another workout plan by a certified trainer but I decided to try Cara’s Burn app when I was in my second trimester of pregnancy. Her workouts for prenatal include way too much jumping (bad for pelvic floor). I thought this program would also include machine workouts but it’s strictly just dumbbells. This program just gives you 8 moves a day for 6 days and then you repeat for 3 months. Not worth the money in my opinion, especially when none of this is monitored or done by a certified personal trainer.

  • Great!

    I love this app and that it makes it so easy to work out at home! I love the variety of each day and that I don’t have to think about what workout to do! One thing would be nice if there was pointers written out like “make sure your arms stay straight or legs” something like that but otherwise I love it and it’s so convenient!

  • LOVE!

    Seriously these workouts are AMAZING! These are the most challenging workouts I’ve done in a long time (in the best way!). I’ve used other workout apps & im definitely going to be sticking to this one. It’s easy to use, simple, and keeps the workouts the main thing.
  • Great Workouts

    Love the workouts. Great intensity. Each day focuses on a different muscle group which I like, and thrown in most days are abs(awesome!) Great length for each day- takes me about 30-45 minutes. She also has mini workouts which are nice to add on.

    Things that could improve- the app itself still has some technical issues. However, customer service has been so nice responding to the tech issues and working on them.

  • The BEST prenatal workout program

    I have always worked out and now that I am in my fourth pregnancy I have found it hard to find time and consistency with my workouts around my career and family. I love how the program is for 12 weeks and is Caras personal workout during her pregnancy. All it takes me is about 30mins and I the program is easy to follow and adjust your weights to your personal preference. 22 weeks pregnant and feeling fit and healthy 💪🏽

  • BEST At Home Workout App

    I have tried a few workout apps and this is by far my favorite! I can easily do them at home which is perfect for me. Other apps that say you can do them at home haven’t pushed me as much as I would like. I sweat like crazy EVERY single workout. My husband even tried a workout with me and he said he was dying. I am on week 3 and look forward to my workout every day!
