Diagnosed ADHD - not a good app IMO

I tried. I even went for 3-month subscription because it can take me a while to get onboard with change. I didn’t like the app. It didn’t feel intuitive. There was too much to do to get things going.

I emailed customer service to cancel my subscription and asked if there was any chance of a refund as I hadn’t really used it - I presumed (rightly or wrongly) that they can see usage/activity to some extent.

Not a chance, not even a partial refund. Didn’t meet T&Cs for refund so “no, sorry, bye”.

I would steer WELL CLEAR unless you truly know that you will make the time to set everything up so that it can take over, or you are wasting your money.

Trial period isn’t long enough to accommodate ADHD procrastination. Which kind of defeats the whole point of an app that is supposed to help neurodivergent individuals…

Rip off

This app cost $80 a quarter!!! So expensive for the limited tools it offers. It also doesn’t have clear ways to cancel the app and you have to email them to request changes. I personally am sick of being coerced into paying for ongoing subscriptions because cancellation is hidden and not easily resolved.

Not a good app for ADHD

This app is pure marketing propaganda, it does not help with Your ADHD all they do is billing you without knowing and refuse to refund your subscription. This app is a scam in it self .

Poor communication on auto subscriptions

No understanding for individuals with mental health issues to assist if this app doesn’t work for you. Auto subscriptions poorly communicated and refunds are not possible even if the app was only used less than a dozen times.

Think carefully before downloading this app

It may be useful for some people with ADHD , more likely you will use it for a week , forget to cancel and then be charged ongoing subscription fee. If the app actually helped improve Adhd planning and prioritising you wouldn’t forget !

Starts my morning

Helps me focus and get me going for the day. I am not a morning person, naturally. It eases me in to the day.

I struggle to remember to use it each day

I think it starts slowly but probably for a reason. I haven’t yet remembered to go on daily unless I see it on my notifications lol which I set. I have not seen results yet in my organization of thought and activities which is why I committed to 3 months without the free week so I can decide then if it has helped. I have ADD and am easily distracted. Was easier to deal with pre COVID but since have struggled … 🤞

Shady. Auto renew nightmare

Be very very careful giving this app your payment information.

After the app turned out to be useless (I agree it’s just a data collection company), I was shocked to get a $60 renewal a few months later. No warning, and they refused to refund anything until I threatened to challenge the charge. I ended up getting half back.

There are dozens of better apps out there, and many that offer the human element that any responsible mental health app should have.

Scam.

The app itself is pretty much useless in all that it claims to be. I stopped using, cancelled and deleted the app after a few weeks of having it. Then suddenly got a charge from them a year later claiming I had a recurring subscription. Didn’t even remember the darn app, had to google it! I assured them that I didn’t, I haven’t even had this app on my phone in a year and I check my purchases and subscriptions regularly to make sure I’m not paying for anything that I shouldn’t be. Apparently their app is not through the App Store or associated with your Apple ID?!? How does that even work?? They won’t offer refunds even though i know I stopped the subscription and the app has been deleted and unused for a year. And this is a MENTAL HEALTH app?!? Absolute scammers.
