Really great app. So much better than any of the similar apps I have used before - simple and effective experience on the app.

Made a huge dent in my screen time
The only app that’s made a meaningful difference to my screen time stats. I now use WhatsApp more purposefully instead of getting drawn in to long time-sapping discussions. My screen time is down 60% after a week of using this app, and I don’t just find ways to circumvent it like I have with blocking apps.Show lesstommywlsn
Excellent app
Really good I’ve gray scaled my phone as wish to be less drawn in and more Intentional with it. This has certainly helped a lot.
The challenges are really good and I’ll probably do another straight away. Helps you get the mobile. Phone habit under Control.

Really useful app and great support.
I’m never usually one to write a review but. I’ve been using the app for about a month now and I’ve got to say it’s one of the best anti-procrastination apps I’ve used. It only gives me a certain amount of app uses a day so I can actually keep a schedule and not just over indulge on apps that I used to spend hours mindlessly scrolling on.
There was a bit of a glitch with the app, but after submitting some feedback the founder replied and now it’s fixed. I would really recommend this if you’re struggling to keep on top of your social media addictionsShow lessEllis-5
So helpful
I use the free version as I only require help to avoid one app but would pay if I needed assistance with multiple. It has helped me so much. I have reduced my toxic app usage drastically and my anxiety has almost disappeared. Highly highly recommend giving this a go.Junior Mrs Mini
VERY BUGGY and repetitive
I started off completely LOVING this app. However the paid version is very buggy, sometimes not working, making me do the breathing exercises multiple times and STILL not opening the app and even won’t work if I try to pause an app for an hour. The scheduling also did not work, having certain apps locked even though it said it wasn’t.
Additionally the quotes are crazy repetitive. It can’t be that hard to find at least 200 quotes to keep it different. Overall seems like the app was slapped together with a price tag on it and I’m a bit bummed I paid for the annual because I’ve run into too many issues to justify the purchase.Show lessDunkingtuba

A few bugs which makes it less attractive to continue using: trying to pause the app for certain apps can be a headache sometimes as it will continue wracking up your attempted uses, despite being pause, and ruin your daily quota, ending your streakplayer1023
Amazing app. I have a suggestion
This app helped me not use my phone compulsively anymore when I tried everything in the past. I have a suggestion to sync this app between devices. Because I have this app for my iPhone and iPad, and since they are not synced. I can access the apps twice as much compared to if they were synced. Because I only want to have a 3 session time limit so potentially if my phone reached the limit I could just go to my iPad which defeats the purpose.Show lessTechSurfer23
