  • Zero Customer Service

    God forbid you have any issues with your order or even just a simple question, getting in contact with anyone from this company is impossible. I’ve ordered from Amuse many times and almost every single time there is an issue. I’ve taken months away from Amuse hoping it would improve over time but it doesn’t. The help center is just a bunch of useless articles of what to do when there’s an issue with your order or account and it is less than helpful with the generic information. It would be nice to actually have a customer service team instead of this stupid “robot” that doesn’t help in any way.

  • If you want a delivery fast, don’t use this.

    Used this app several times before in the past. At first it was awesome because you could get a delivery in a couple hours, then after a while it turned into having to place the order a day or 2 ahead of time. I stopped using it for a while but just tried it again and the app doesn’t even load! All I get is a blank white screen. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it several times with the same result. Don’t waste your time with this service.

  • Soooooo buggy

    The service and products from Amuse is top notch, that I will say.

    The app and the website need a lot of work. I’m trying to clear my shopping cart so I can place a new order and I keep getting an alert that I’m going to be over my purchase limit, when I am not. The app/site are also glitchy when I try to add certain products. It makes it very hard to place orders. Please get this resolved.

    This app its drivers and customer service is so unreliable, how are these people still allowed to operate a business.
  • Worst company

    Sold me expired pods. Trying to exchange or credit. Been trying for 11 days over email with customer support. Been giving me fake codes. Removing cash payment or debit payment when i try to do what there support says. Playing with customers in bad way. No real human experience done mostly by bots
  • Bad delivery company

    Worst delivery company I have ever interacted with! If you are lookin for high quality cannabis do not order from them they are not that good!
  • Order No Show. App is a joke

    Tried to order tonight and waited 4 hours just for a no show. App then updated and said our order was delayed and to expect it by “January 1st 2024” I am currently writing this review in November 2022. So after the delivery window had long passed I canceled.

    Waste of my dam time.
  • EXPIRED!! DATA BREACH!!!!!!

  • Great customer service

    Always great customer service. Best prices in town
  • Order never arrived…

    1. Today no one showed up. My delivery time was scheduled from 5pm - 7pm (it’s 10pm now). I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund.

    2. Delivery arrives later than the scheduled time. Mostly arrives at the very end of the delivery time. For example, if my delivery is schedule for 5pm-7pm it’ll show up at at 7pm or maybe 8pm. Which wasn’t a huge deal for me, but sucked.

    3. There’s no telephone number, so have fun with their automated chat if something goes wrong. I typed “where is my order” into their chat. The chat replied, “your order is due to arrive between 5pm and 7pm”. Well, that answer would suffice if it wasn’t 10:00pm. At least I was able to cancel the order that never arrived using their automated chat. Hopefully the full amount will be refunded, or that’ll be another issue.

    4. You can try to reach out to them on Facebook. This is the best and fastest way. They respond on FB faster than an email to their support team.

    5. I tried to work with this company. But tonight, they’ve lost a customer.

    6. On another note, FB support was helpful once they replied. If something in your order is out of stock they’ll call you, and the customer service was a pleasure at that time as well. Nonetheless, this isn’t enough to keep my business. There are too many other cannabis companies in Los Angeles to deal with late deliveries or a delivery never showing up.

    Everyone shouldn’t run a business, and Amuse is a prime example.
