  • This app and company is a joke

    If I could rate zero I would. I have been using this company for delivery on and off for about a year. I swear every single time there is some kind of issue. The order is incomplete or incorrect, there is a delay of OVER AN HOUR, things are broken or tampered with. I had honestly decided not to use this service for my cannabis delivery anymore, but decided to risk it last night and am REALLY REGRETTING this now. They have my order, which I placed a day in advance, running over an hour late past the delivery window. There is NOBODY to contact as they only have a useless customer service robot, that is never working. I should not have to work this hard to contact a company that boasts being “customer obsessed.” Its a whole joke and I wish I could talk to a HUMAN REPRESENTATIVE to resolve the issues with my orders. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use this app/company again, and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone when it comes to cannabis delivery. I do however recommend the company Juva Delivery, Bento Delivery, and Smokeland Delivery instead because they actually know how to keep customers satisfied!!

  • Excellent Company, Fabulous App

    I’m a big fan of Amuse! Very professional and they have the products I like! I love the notifications and the tracking links! Great job y’all. Way to bring Cannabis dispensaries into the digital age!
  • Missing & damaged items & no customer service

    We just ordered from here for the first time & got a bloom cartridge bundle of 3 carts, they only gave us 2 & our 1/8 had the seal broken & banged up when we opened the lid. Upon trying to contact customer service, they have no numbers to call or real people to talk to, just one bot that apparently only has a set number of responses. As soon as we give it our info, it takes us back to the beginning or gives us an error message & takes us back to the top of conversation. We honestly just want our money back for the cartridge & the 8th because we aren’t going to smoke something that has been possibly tampered with & we never received the cartridge. I don’t know how to contact anyone though so I guess we just won’t use this place again unless they make it right.

  • Worst delivery service.

    I loved this site 6 months ago. Lately I have been so disappointed with how glitchy the app and website are. They show products that are out of stock. They cancel your order with no explanation. Bottom line is there are faster, cheaper, and more professional sites I will be using from here on out. Would not recommend this app to anyone.

    It's rubbish of the last 5 orders they canceled 4 and I don't know why and the problem is that they have you like an idiot waiting and they don't put you like that your order was canceled
  • Use with caution

    Usually the app is fine and works well. This is more about being able to contact the company. Yesterday I received the wrong product. And I have been trying since I realized to contact and get my money back. They have a stupid bot on the app that tries to help you but only answers generically and when it says it will connect you with customer service it NEVER does. I am out $30 with out any way to contact them or get my money back. So remember when you purchase if you get the wrong thing you ARE OUT OF LUCK. They won’t refund you or help you fix it.

  • The app is always messing up

    There needs to be a direct number for customer service. It’s hard getting help with your order.. the muse bot doesn’t help at all. Please fix this
  • App Never works.

    For the past couple weeks I’ve been trying to order thru amuse, and I get the same notification on EVERY ITEM! *out of stock* but when my boyfriend orders the same items no notification he can order it no problem. I haven’t been able to order carts or concentrates for weeks. But my bf again has no issue. Fix your app it’s honestly trash.

  • Has so potential

    I want to like this platform I really do, but the site a s app are atrocious. They are both so glitchy that I usually abandon the order I’m trying to place

    Things magically appear and disappear from your cart. The stock levels aren’t dependable. Navigation is clunky and slow. I currently can’t add anything to my empty cart as I will “exceed the daily limit”…of my empty cart. I can’t click on my cart either. Support was less than helpful. They told me to clear my cache and had no further resolutions when that didn’t work.

    I’ve never seen a company make people work SO hard to give them money. I can’t do this anymore. In what world is driving to a dispensary the more convenient option? In Amuse’s world. Yikes, get it together. It’s not rocket science Amuse, it’s e-commerce.

  • Very Glitchy

    This app constantly changes your subtotal to be more before taxes are added on and the promo codes dont work sometimes. When they do, the system is so glitchy that it again, raises your price then adds the discount. Almost like a money grab
