  • SO glitchy, both in the app and the website

    I’ve missed out on so many deals because elf the constant issues.
  • DISAPPOINTED

    I placed my order at 630 pm, the only window for delivery was 9-10 pm so I took it .
    At 932 pm supposedly they’re 10 mins away… ok I waited outside until 10:06 pm only to refresh the app and get a delivery failed message.
    I could of just gone to the shop 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
  • Fix the bugs

    All around the idea of the app is awesome, they’re just not fully ready
    Made several orders thinking maybe this time the delivery will be made on time, never was the case. Besides the delivery drop off not being on time. I was charged for something I never received and when I tried to correct it with the support team the response I got was our system shows other wise. Now my account has been blocked, I’m sure due to nonpayment

  • No way to report issues with order in app

    There were major issues with my order and no way to report it.
  • Worst delivery service ever

    I live in LA and work in cannabis. Wanted to give them a try and we’ve been waiting for over 4 hours for our order. Without no type of response or communication from them. Never again. Save your time and order from Grassdoor or Eaze.
  • Too expensive

    It used to be 40 minimum and now it’s 65. I’m so sad I want weed but can’t afford to pay 100.
  • Raised minimum delivery

    They raised the minimum delivery to $65 dollars and its honestly not worth it anymore considering how long it takes and how buggy the app is. Really disappointing
  • What a Headache 🤕 👎

    I ordered about 90 minutes before my delivery window of 7 to 8 PM. Their tracking device didn’t even budge. I had some ?’s on a few items because I wanted to stock up 4 convenience. Used their form to send my questions about payment. Will they take my credit card? Never responded and I just talked to the driver & she said NO CAN DO.
    Their preferred payment system wants access to all your bank information which includes stuff they have no reason to know. Just read their privacy policy…Yikes and no way to opt out even though I live in California with CCPA legal requirements to do so.
    Plus… no matter what time of day or day of the week- they show all these specials that look really good but always show SOLD OUT. This is the second time I tried ordering thru this site without getting my product. Because my last text from them said delivery at 4:00??? Tomorrow???

  • Glitchy App

    I live in LA where there is service but the app constantly shuts down or freezes. Also sometimes the promo codes work on the website but not the app. And because of how long the app takes to check out I often lose delivery windows and many times I’ve had to wait until the next day as a result. Hope it works better over time!

  • Terrible

    Just like their website, the app is full of bugs. Wish they would use some of their investor funding to hire an IT team that actually knows what their doing. The same login bug has been happening for over a year and the app is not user friendly. Hire someone from Weedmaps if you can’t figure it out smh
