No customer service option
Every link they send and every number they give you, even if you email them, they send you a link to their chat bot and that’s it. Idk where my order is but there’s no way to contact anyone.idktbh:/

Y’all need to improve this app. I can’t pay in cash or my debit cards anymore, Aeropay doesn’t for for my cards, you guys refuse to really help anyone. I used to go for you guys for all my needs now I just go to Eaze and Caliva since you guys can’t get your act right or make an attempt to fix anything. Terrible Customer Service
They called me during the delivery window to say they were at capacity and not able to deliver. Doesn’t really make sense. Deleting the app.dghwhwjssbebe

don’t waste your time
I submitted my order and set my delivery time from 3-4 and these idiots tell me they’re outside my house at 2 while I’m still at work. The driver told me he will reschedule it to come at the time I originally placed it for (3-4) and i call at 3:45 to double check that it’s coming and they tell me that because the order had to be cancelled, they can’t help me today and I have to deal with it tomorrow. nope. Im never dealing with your terrible company and I’m spreading around my community how incompetent you are.Show lessbarkingatboomers

The app clearly said it waa 116 and when the driver got their he showed me a receipt of 24$ i had took out 120$ exact from atmfixing app
I have ordered 3 times in past few weeks since first review, I absolutely love Amuse🙏💚
I wrote a review after I had only two deliveries but I have since ordered at least 3 times in the past 30 days and will place another order I’m sure before April 20th. I have grown to love amuse more and more. As I got away from the sessions around Los Angeles where nothing is really tested as it has to be coming from a delivery service such as amuse. Having that extra knowledge of the product, and knowing exactly what is in it, it does put your mind at an ease. I am quite surprised to see so many negative reviews, mostly regarding a glitchy app, which, I believe, every single person has encountered as even I have had trouble trying to get an item out of my cart. Honestly, the app is the only thing that can be complained about and it’s not really even the customer serivice department, that’s more of an IT issue, which comes into play when companies this size do automation. I just love the convenience, the selection, and the deals. I missed out on the “cool dad hat” by 1 day! Lol I sat on the order overnight as I stated and that happened. Totally my fault. But I give Amuse nothing but praise! They really do make up for that tax with their deals that are constantly being updated. Thanks Amuse! I am expecting the driver today in fact between 7-8! They have no customer service. When you have issues with your order no one follows up. Two times now I’ve been shorted on my order and no one at amuse cares. They do not care about their customers. Please do not use.reviewingit4u
Best delivery service
Amuse has great first time and anytime deals. The different items are lab tested and labeled so you can find the level that you are interested in easily. They have great customer service. They try and make it right if anything goes bad. Tip your driver.Vans4Us
