Turn off ‘call your family’
There needs to be a way to turn off ‘call your family’ on my camera since there isn’t a way to set up call your family in the app! Touch the camera the wrong way and this feature goes off with no way to stop it. Very annoying. Other than that the camera itself is sharp and the recording mostly reliable.Comanchepilot
Doorbell -Batter level missing?
Installation was good and easy. Quality is pretty good. I wish there was a way to tilt doorbell camera few degrees left or right. With that said, it works fine. Thus far only one issue. Its impossible see battery level of camera in the app. Maybe I am missing something, but where can one see battery charge level?Mikxy007
Can’t Even Use it
I just bought this thing and was excited about using it. I created an account, tried to log in multiple times, even created multiple accounts and still keeps saying “Log in Failed, please try again later”. That’s a terrible way to start this. Already contemplating returning to cause I can’t even get the thing set up. Super frustrating. If anyone could assist that would be great.Buckley8
