Useless & Inaccurate Data
The apps signal strength indicator is TOTALLY USELESS. Has anyone ever seen any value other than “Good” at 4 ‘bars’ (max height) or zero bars (no indication at all). This useless app seems to show either full strength or nothing. You call the call center for customer service and they argue with you that the data they see shows something different (e.g. varying signal strengths). When you ask why the app shows something different they tell you ‘different division’ but won’t let you talk to that division. The only redeeming quality of this company is the all-in-one mini lite. The app and the people are useless.

Does not do what company claims
This is one of the worst apps I have tried. We were told it would be able to do many things. Could not assign roles but only got message indicating not selected. No button to choose a role by names. Only thing we could do was add call list people without issue. Tried to set up for my mom and I and we got emails which had an approve button which did nothing but open the app which ultimately just opens a webpage instead of an app. On app side on login still stuck on “requested” for access even though approve button was clicked in in email messages to my mom who is account owner.

Predatory Services
This app is useless and the company is a predatory on the elderly. Get an apple watch and their apple watch app instead.
This app is a joke
Really? No push notifications? Updating location hourly? How can this app still not be improved after 4 years of horrific reviews? Is anyone at the company checking the reviews? I was told by the sales person I would get notifications and clearly he was clueless. I really don’t know how this can be functional without them. Otherwise we might as well log in via web browser. Oh, and was not told it costs an extra $2.75 per month for text alerts. Maybe the risk of losing this revenue is why they won’t listen to these reviews after four years about push notifications? 🤔

Nearly unusable!
Practically every time I try to login to the app it just sits and spins. The same as true with the website! You would hope that a company that is meant to protect your elderly and loved ones would have a better response time for something as critical as this. The company came highly recommended, but their applications and website are horrible at best. Also, you would think that you would be able to set it up for notifications and alerts in case your loved one has an accident. Please do better!

Needs Work
The app is not accurate on the iPhone platform ( IOS). Battery and connectivity always at least a day behind. Charging info for Mini device not accurate. ( verified by 800 number - they show the device fully functional 100% charged, app shows two days ago at 99-95% charged.
Medical guardian app
The app works very seldom, and you can’t x out, it just spins and spins. I hope if my mother ever needs help that the necklace will work properly since you almost constantly have to charge it which means it’s not around her neck.
App is Terribble
Dose not keep accurate data. Updates are sporadic at best. Customer service slow to respond. Would not recommend.
Add push notifications
Please add a feature to be able to activate push notifications for when my care recipient sends a message. If I’m not proactively checking the app or website I’ll have no clue when I have a message. There needs to be the ability for notifications!
