I would definitely prioritize fixing the time and location issue as this is a critical feature. I also think adding a message feature to this app would be beneficialgsfields
No way to verify account
I received a text with my verification code for the account I made for my dad yesterday. I downloaded the app and logged in to put the code in, and it just tells me I’m unverified and kicks me out! What good does a code do me with nowhere to put it? What good does an app do me if I can’t login? Day 2, my dad hasn’t even gotten the device yet, and I’m already regretting my choice of company.c/e
App doesn’t work
I have a iPhone, loaded app, worked once, tried to open it again and appear to be frozen. Tried several times, reloaded app, same results, app only works once.helpray

The time for locations and alerts is east coast time instead of medical device local time. Locations are only noted once an hour. Power and device connectivity is only noted once day.
Graphs over time do not show time axis values. They are are bundled up at y axis intersection. This app needs quality and usability check with corrections made. It’s bad what people try to get away with for our seniors.HelpingParentsWithTech
