Great pumps, lacking on the app front
As others mentioned, the app is little more than a timer. I primarily use the app to check for battery life. I use the Nara Baby app to track duration and output. I really wish I could control the pumps using the app so I’m not needing to manually increase suction by reaching into my shirt throughout the session.
Since the most recent update a week ago, I’ve been stuck in a pump update cycle. The app is continuously trying to download and install an update for the pump software. I haven’t been able to use the app itself since. The pumps appear to pair, but the download/installation process never progresses.
Fortunately, I can use the pumps without the app just fine!
If you’re thinking of buying the Go’s, I say go for it! They’re not discreet in size or sound, but they’re relatively affordable and produce the same or better output than my spectra. So nice to have for occasional use around the house.Show lessmaddy32
Worked great before the update
Pumps are amazing and the app was working perfectly until the update a few days ago. Now despite my pumps being paired under phone and app settings. The app is constantly telling me to pair pumps and finds them for half a second and then back to pair pumps. I called for help first day and still waiting for someone with the app to call me back.Show lessGChristyB
Pairing issues
My pumps will be connected to my phone but not in the app. I will go through all troubleshooting and nothing works. Every time I forget the device and try to pair again it is popping up I need to reconnect by unpairing the device on my phone which I already have. When I finally get them paired again it automatically goes back to pair willow. Everything worked fine until a few days ago.Show less-JESS-----_
Love the pump,but not the app
The Willow Go has been a game changer for me. I love being able to be on the go. I have a 3 star review because the app is not the best. I can only tell how long I’ve been pumping, but it doesn’t give me a time of the last time I pumped. I wished it had that option. I also wish that I could see the history of when I pump for the entire day. I would give it a 5 star if they did changes to the app!Show lessAranza Frias
Could be better
The app does the bare minimum unfortunately by starting a timer when you turn your pump on, and telling you what level you’re on as well as the battery life. A great addition to the app would be to show what time you started your pump session and for that to remain on the screen until you start your next session.Show lessDanielle8o

This app works really well and is very helpful! It would be even more helpful if I could see the time of my last pump in addition to the date. Right now, I am pumping three+ times per day and I occasionally forget when I last pumped. Knowing when the last session was would be very helpful!!Samwiseeee
Too simple
It’s nice that it tells you where your battery life is for each pump but the fact that all it does is that, and a timer? These are still expensive pumps to which if an app is offered should meet the same qualities. It needs to offer at least a log of previous pumps, and an additional area to put in how much you pumped as well. Otherwise all it is is a timer and battery life. App needs more functionality
I am an avid Elvie user so this is my first try with Willow products. I am familiar however with the Willow 3.0 and the app features it provides. I was hoping for similar when purchasing tht willow go. I love the output I get but am frustrated with the app. Things it needs to make it better:
- ability to control suction and mode via the app
-start and stop button in the app
- pump history tracking (I like to know when the last time I pumped and for how long
- pump volume (like others said if but possible automatically, there should be a way to input manually)
That’s the bare minimum. Improve on those things and this app would be perfect. Hoping the development team takes these concerns seriously as it is something that is preventing people from purchasing this item.

I love my WillowGo, but
I just recently got my WillowGo coming from the Willow 3.0, but I can say I love the WillowGo even move because it’s quieter and it’s smaller and easier to clean. I like that it holds more ounces then the Willow 3.0. Only thing I don’t like about the app is that it doesn’t show how many ounces you pumped which is very important to me. That’s the only down fall this app has then the Willow 3.0 app has. Once they add that feature to the app it would be perfect.Show lessashley e walker
App is subpar, product faulty
I purchased the Willow Go a few weeks ago and have not been impressed, for a product + software that costs hundreds of dollars. The app for the Willow Go is different from their higher tier product, and barely has any features (ex. Can’t tell you how much milk you’ve produced, doesn’t store precious sessions, etc). I find myself needing to pull my nursing bra down and stand in a mirror to check to see if they’re filling or not, which feels like it defeats the purpose of their “set it and go” promise.
I’ve also seen how I only get about 2 sessions on a charge, and when the charge is dwindling, they barely pull any milk out. I also find that my bra sometimes is wet like they’re leaking from below.
When it does seem to be working at its best, I only get about half the milk that I would from my Medela pump. To have to wash 10 separate parts all for just a few measly ounces feels like a waste of time. I also can’t fit all pieces in our sterilizer at once because they’re so bulky.
