  • Speed fixes, bug fixes

    The update to this new app has made pumping much easier! My pumps pair quickly, I can toggle between settings and speeds quickly and it remembers my strength. As an on the go pumping mama, it makes my life easy!
  • New update is terrible

    My pumps keep disconnecting from the app, it won’t let me add volume (it just keeps deleting it), and it’s duplicating sessions.

  • Terrible in comparison to willow 3.0 app

    I had to upgrade to the Willow 360 pump due to motor failure on my Willow 3.0. I assumed the app would be the same because the pumps are essentially the same. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I detest the new app. It logs each side I pump as an individual session leading to inaccurate data for number of pumping sessions her day and time. This was not the case on the Willow 3.0 app. It also takes longer to connect and sync data with pumps. I am baffled how the tech has gotten worse not better! Wish I could use the old app!

  • Slow

    The app is slow to connect or it’s not connecting at all it’s doubling pump sessions and as of now it won’t connect so I can’t even see when I pumped last

  • App is garbage

    App does not connect!!!!!!!!!

  • App needs improvement

    I can never add my pumped quantity right away. I either have to go to a different day and then go back to the current day or close the app and reopen it. I also wish you could delete pump sessions. Sometimes it disconnects and adds another session instead of continuing with the current one.

  • Very disappointed

    After multiple attempts to try to get my pumps fixed they kept recommending updating my app. It’s not the app, it’s the product and I have yet to have it fixed. I was unable to continue to pump and produce because of how often my Willow was messing up. Very disappointed with the price I paid for a product that didn’t even work. I know my motors are bad and no one has offered to take them back and send new ones.

  • Never really worked now it’s unusable

    The app was shotty to begin with, had to open and kill the app multiple times to get it to connect to my pumps. Sometimes I couldn’t record my sessions.

    The developer released an update a week ago and now I can’t record my ounce output at all, I was able to at least do that if I would do it right away after pumping before this update

    I like the pumps but the app is horrendous. For how expensive this pump and the parts are I expect better.

    Please fix this so I can use the app again.

  • Glitching

    So excited about my willow go which is great so far but the app is trash. It won’t let me log in my pump and just freeze at 25 min mark. I can’t do anything the whole app freezes and I can’t log in my pumping session
