My cell service works fine in the UK and your app just tells me to try again when I’m in the UK.

Sitting in a train station in Scotland and it keeps telling me the app works best in the UK. Had to download the app to get my stupid tickets but the app doesn’t work. Tried again and again, nothing. So pointless.thats0lly
