  • App and website are both horrible

    I got an email last night saying someone had signed into my account from a new device and I should change my password. The app refuses to let me update or change any information, including my password and the website keeps telling me my login info is invalid (after it just worked in the app) . You also can’t delete your account. That web page will also tell you your login info is invalid. They also have no customer service contact info available for assistance with this kind of stuff.

  • Rewards Lost!

    I have a rewards account with Red Robin. I have been going for a while now and can only afford to go sparingly (eating out gets pretty spendy no matter where I go, but especially at a nice sit-down place like Red Robin). Anyway, yesterday I opened my app and it had me log in again, which I was fine with. What was odd about it though, is the fact that it asked for my birthday when I’ve had that on my account already for over a year. I added my birthday and everything looked fine. My account looked as it always has with three of my kids birthdays added to it as well. This morning, however, I opened the app to find all of the birthdays gone, including my own. Not only that, but the rewards I had built up from past orders were gone. Yesterday, I was 3 orders away from a free item, not counting the meal I had with my family that very evening. This morning, when I should have seen it update to “2 orders away,” I found my account progress reset! What is going on? What happened to my rewards points? What happened to my account? It appears as if I have a brand new account with no history.

    I love Red Robin!!! I usually get take out but I also eat inside!!!! I get chicken mostly but occasionally I get a burger. They are the best!!! The staff are excellent inside of takeout!!!! I usually give the 20% tip even take out. I was a waitress in the 60’s. It’s hard work. They gave be me service with a smile and curbside I don’t have to get out. Thank you for all of these selections. I love half of them. Switch it up. 👍👏💜💜

  • No order tracking

    PLEASE add tracking to delivery orders! It is so frustrating when apps don’t do this. If you want contactless delivery you’re just left to go check your door ever 3 minutes around the expected delivery time that never updates. Last time it came 15 minutes early but I’d never known because the app doesn't tell you!

  • Great Food, Flawed App

    I really enjoy the food at Red Robin, but it is pointless to use the app if you have a rewards account. If you have awards available, and select them, they are never applied at checkout. The manager at my local Red Robin’s advised that not only is this an issue, but that reward points are not accumulated in your account, when ordering through the app (or online via website). I was advised to always call in my orders, provide the phone number linked to my account and let them know of any rewards that I wish to redeem. Consequently, the app is nothing more than a fancy menu lookup.

  • Awesome but…

    I do wish i could customize the blta, my wife loves it but cant eat tomatoes. We end up picking it off so not a show stopper…just my only complaint. Not unique to the app either, the website is the same.

    The developer has responded with the basic instructions on how to remove tomatoes…a bit insulting as i understand HOW the app and website work…my point is they don’t.

    You are able to remove the tomatoes! Once you select the BLTA, you can then select 'BLTA Croissant Sandwich Customizations.' In there, you have the option to remove or add any toppings. Hope this helps!
  • Quick and easy

    I decided not to use my account because I didn’t have much time, therefore I went to as a guest. It was so easy.
    I just touched everything that I was interested in, next thing you know it popped up “pay”, I did that. That was easy.
    I set up a time to pick it up and I will go do that. I enjoyed this app.

  • Why is there no way to choose burger temp?

    There’s no way to request “some pink” like you do when ordering in the restaurant. The app defaults to well-done and my local restaurant seems to interpret that as “burnt.” It’s annoying to have to call the restaurant after placing an app order so they can tell the kitchen to make the burgers properly. Also, and I know this has nothing to do with the app itself, it’s disappointing that RR has removed their best burger (mad love) from the menu.

  • Over and above what I expected!

    I had a great experience with my online order. Upon picking up my order, the manager asked if I’d like extra fries. I’ve never been asked that before, for a take out order. So, of course I said YES! I will definitely be ordering again from the Whittier store. Great customer service too! Thank you! I’ll be back!

  • Password Problems

    I tried logging into the app using my web password, and it indicated wasn’t valid. I reset my password and completed that process successfully after finding the email in my spam folder. Tried to use it to login on the app, and it kept putting up the squares as it processed. Then the app removed the overlay with the squares and brightened the login screen with the word “Error” under the password. When it didn’t like the password, it gave more information. Started getting ready to go to Chik-fil-a instead but decided to give it one more chance on the web. Logged in fine with the same, new password and email address on the web. Placed order and enjoyed fish and chips.

    I still get “Error” every time I login on the app. Perhaps, it’s because my password is 24 characters long? Not too interested in troubleshooting further. Will use website or checkout another restaurant if more convenient.
