Never used such an annoying app
Wouldn’t let me login, so reset password twice and still kept saying it’s wrong when it’s not, then I reregistered only to find, it won’t show the school my child is at I can’t do nothing further, have a new child starting this year and with my second child having severe allergies to certain food, it’s so frustrating and disappointing took up almost 2 hours of my time and still haven’t achieved nothing, considering the reviews it’s clear I’m not the only one with problemsShow lessAvczytiobcdyjbklo
Easy to use
Easy to use. My 6yr old goes on at the weekend and chooses her lunch for the week. The pictures are cute and clear perfect for both her and I. Haven’t used the payment function yet so couldn’t comment.gem3210
Good in app experience but logs you out a lot
The in app use is good it’s clear to use gives you easy top ups and review modes so no issues.
It’s a pain that it logs you out so frequently and does detract from the app.Kellena
Quick and simple
This has been the easiest thing to sort my kids school lunches out since they started! Can sit there in the weekend and go through ordering their lunches for the week and they can pick and choose. Or if they’re not sure on what the options are I can explain it- rather then them struggling at school to choose without knowing fully what they areShow lessChantay Louise

Adds the balance instantly and always get an email confirming the meals ordered. Meals can easily be changed/cancelled as and when too.Thankyoulpls

Has gotten better
From first use I can see some improvements. However, after so many uses it does log me out and I can’t save the password.
The process of ordering the meals is smooth and I’ve always found it easy enough to edit meals chosen or delete meals when their is a school trip.
I would say to scroll through the dates it does glitch a little and sometimes requires several taps before moving to next date.Show lessLisWill
