Simple and effective app
I have had a great experience with this app. My son can log in himself and he chooses what meals he wants to eat and on what days. Topping up the lunch fund account is super quick and easy too. Poor app
Not user friendly. Logging in is a faff and once in the interface is clunky. It delivers what it’s meant to on a basic level but in doing so gives a frustrating user experience.Heheusushhe
Handy app to arrange my son’s school lunches
I have found the app easy to use. It’s very helpful to be able to book my son’s meals weeks in advance. It would be great if there could be a description of the meal and ingredients though.Lindseyanne79
Really poor UI
As a daily user of this app for managing my daughter's meals, I have identified several usability issues that could enhance the overall user experience. Firstly, the absence of a prompt to save login credentials results in a repetitive and inconvenient login process. Navigation between weeks and meal choices is cumbersome, requiring excessive tapping on navigation arrows. The current process for changing a meal selection is inefficient, necessitating the deselection of the existing choice before making a new selection. This should be streamlined to allow quick amendments and saving. Additionally, the application lacks critical information regarding school holidays, during which meal selections are unavailable, and it does not provide notifications about meal change cut-off times. The inability to change meals 2-3 days in advance is particularly problematic and should be addressed to enhance flexibility and user satisfaction.Show lessfggthan
Easy to use
My 8 year old can easily use the app and decide which days she’d like hot dinners and choose which ones she wants. Straightforward to save the card details so makes it a lot easier to get a hot dinner than to pack a lunch box!NLW185

Needs proper UAT
Since the reviewer in May talked about the app and date and having to scroll 100 years, it’s now Jan and it’s still the same issue. Such a basic date handling UI issue that shouldn’t exist. The website, however, works better. So this app is definitely the after-thought.ChizCrikey
Awful app!!
This app is completely unusable. If you don’t use it for a day, it logs you out. I’ve just come to use it for school dinners after half term, it’s logged me out, so I’ve tried to log in and it’s telling me it’s an invalid password (I know it’s not). I then tried resetting my password, and it tells me my email address is not registered (I know it is as I’ve had email confirmations from the app to that email address) So then I try to re-register, it tells me “this email address is already in use” 🤦🏼♀️😤😤 Absolutely useless! I’d give it zero stars if I could.Show lessKaylz24
