Definition of locked up
If you want to be safe, even from yourself; look no further. You will not have permission to access your information 80% of the time because it fails to move past the pin/biometric screen. I don’t know why I paid good money for this service. It’s terrifying.

Master Password does not work
I have been trying to access this for 3 weeks now, and even though I KNOW my master password is correct, it keeps saying it’s not.
Smartphone app glitchy
Works great as a Firefox extension, but the app on my phone has to be uninstalled and reinstalled every time to work. Punch in the pin to access the app and it never loads. Just an unending spinning wheel. Very annoying to go through the process of reinstalling every time I need the app. If my MacBook was to crash and my email was logged out on my phone, I’d be locked out of EVERYTHING.

Slow , clunky , non responsive , expensive
App never gets passed logging in , it just sits in a circle loading for too long ! For $29.95 I expect a reliable product , doesn’t let you save passwords whilst after signing up for a vendor , nor autofills credit card information while open

Password manager doesn’t work on iPhone
Like the header reads, it doesn’t allow me to sign into the app. Instead it allows me to enter my pin then I get a loading icon forever until I have to close the app. Even after 30 minutes one time!!

Won’t let me login
The app won’t even let me log in. Just gets stuck on the passcode page with a loading icon forever. Very annoying since it’s pretty much unusable when trying to bring up my log in details for websites and other apps.
Constantly have to re-log-in
App is great if and when it updates your passwords from your other devices to your iPhone vault. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall three times to get my accounts to transfer from my pc to my iPhone.
It also won’t log you in with your pin if you are inactive on the app for more than a day. I constantly have to re-log-in on the fly to get access to my passwords.

Unusuable on iPhone
Worked for 1 month hasn't worked since. Just spins as if loading and nothing happens.
