Difficult at the best of times
We switched from Kaspersky and whilst it’s ok I’d say Bitdefender is highly targeted at the American consumer not Australian. So glitchy and signs itself out.Bit defender does security checks in the US on sites not even relevant to me.
Pin attempt
Doesn’t login after entering pin correctly, stuck on loading forever.
No longer works.
Worked fine for a while then suddenly stopped. Just sits there and spins after entering passcode. Kind of pointless to store my passwords here when I can’t even get pass the loading wheel.

Software won’t let me login, just keeps spinning and thinking
Software won’t allow me to login, just keeps spinning and thinking, a waste
Accessing passwords on iphone.
The chrome plugin works great. Samsung app works great. 5/5 for those. But on iphone, it's almost unusable. Sometimes it works other times it is stuck in loading. Face ID doesn't register. Could be caused by connection issues but then does not resolve itself after connection is stable.
Random Mini Crashes | Not Well Integrated
The app will allow you to login with Face ID, but won’t load. You then have to close app and open again. Do not close completely, just go to Home Screen and try again. This has been fixed for the most part but still happens occasionally. The app also isn’t very integrated to iOS. No auto fill or anything which be fine if the app was as good as the rest of Bitdefender

2FA Not Included
If you set up 2FA on Bitdefender Password Manager through the chrome extension or through the console, you will not have access to those codes on this app. Highly inconvenient and a rather large oversight. I should see my two factor authentication codes here if I need them. If they are included, and I just simply haven’t found them yet, then that’s a problem with the UI.

Hadn’t worked well in months
This app doesn’t open up when I put in my pin. It defeats the purpose of having a password manager I can use on my phone. I tried to contact support before rating but there wasn’t an option to contact support about the password manager app.

App doesn’t work, to log in!
This app does not work… I can’t log in through Google and Apple, I get a dumb founded page with what looks like a white quarter page llength with text maybe even HTML or the newer version, whatever the case, again… this app is not working to log in meaning I can’t even log in👎👎 not great!
Keeps breaking
Can’t get logged in on iPhone or iPad both have correct credentials and the app won’t let me in. Works great in a browser but the app has some issues
