Horrible app
As I tried to connect the headphones to the app, the error message said that the name of the headphones was wrong, yet the error message spelled the “correct” name EXACTLY the same as the “incorrect” name. I agree that this app should never have made it to the consumer.im323

Doesn’t work as of 7/8/23
Tried to register but keep getting “Check network”. Nothing wrong with my network. Soundpeats earbuds can sound nice but they suffer from interference and dropout problems. And the app is useless. Why bother? Earfun makes a nice-sounding earbud but only has a primitive app which can also have issues. Try Soundcore. Great sound and an app that works right from the get-go. The Soundcore a3i is an amazing value, for example. I tried to like you Soundpeats. But you let me down twice.The Runaway Robot
App won’t let me register
The headphones worked great for about a day. The earbuds kept pausing, I’m not sure what to do at this point. I was hoping I could download the app to help fix the problem with it continually pausing when I move but it looks like this was a waste of 50 bucks.kkkkkkkk1111111

I'll admit this app is terrible when it comes to UX and UI and I agree you shouldn't need to register for the minimal functionality offered. But if you're really concerned just use Hide my Email from Apple and you're all set. The biggest question, as an app developer myself, is how the heck did this app get past Apple Review??? Can’t run a hardware support app without creating an account?
I have too many random accounts with various vendors, and I’m not in a mood to create another just to get an EQ for my buds.
Maybe I should be happy that the app doesn’t require a FB login instead of an internal account? Nah… both options are worthy of acorn.
Off to look for a free onetime email service. If I bother with this app, I’ll at least do my part to poison his list with bogus data.AB the Pod Newbie
Can’t set password / use app
No matter what I do I’m told to enter the password correctly. Tried registering, when that didn’t work I registered on the website. Tried to login, told to correct password. Tried to reset password, told to enter password correctly. I guess I can’t use the equalizer :( Why not just remove the login requirement?Dfunk22
Failed Registration
I figured since this claims to have been updated 3 days ago, I would try the app. But one bug fix NOT fixed was the password failing when trying to register an account. I tried a couple times to register but it tells me my new password is incorrect. Uninstalling. Not wasting any more of my time.SluiceBox71
