This is a definition of a trash app. Not only does it require you to give up your email address as you have to register to use the app, but it just does t work. It recognizes I have mini pros connected, but keeps failing with the update OTA. Blaming the buds telling me to reset them and try again. Over 30 minutes of resetting the buds and trying again, just to get the same OTA error. Thanks for wasting my time. Truly deserve the really low average rating it has.Ultimodrew
Would be better if…
I have SOUNDPEATS T2 and was hoping that I can control them using the app. Every time I try to it says “ firmware update required” and is shows a random pair of SOUNDPEATS headphones. If this issue gets fixed then I bet it can be a great app.syzkruyj
Doesn’t connect
Even after resetting my earbuds as the app recommended even getting an error in connecting for the update, it didn’t connect. Absolutely useless.BP9160

Purchased two sets, paired them to my iPhone and the sound was horrible. Sounds worse than a cheap set one could buy at a gas station for $2. Found this app that says it can fix the sound problem but you HAVE TO REGISTER! ok no problem. But I was never emailed the stupid registration code. OMG! You people need to fix your crappy app and earbuds. Sending back.Southtxmed
