Impossible to register. Email confirmation code never arrives even in spam folder.
  • Invasive, and doesn't work

Have to provide your email to get past the first page, and it's not compatible with the TrueAir2, even though their app listing says otherwise.
  • Why do you need my email to use the app?

Why do you need my email to use the app? I have products from Soundcore and I love their app and did not have to give my personal information to be allowed to use it. I am giving you 1 star because even though I don’t want to use your app if you are forcing me to use give you my information, it shouldn’t be required. I should have checked the app reviews before buying your product. What a disappointment!
  • It doesn’t work

It doesn’t work, and can’t connect with H1. And also can’t config sound EQ
  • Doesn’t work no more

When I first downloaded the app when I got the air3 it was working perfectly fine now it doesn’t even detect my air3 no more and I can’t change anything with my Air3 I tried everything that I could even resetting my Air3 and nothing hasn’t changed
  • Cannot register

Must register to use the app, but it will not accept any password I enter, and provides no reason.
  • Tip: Use Android App — Doesn’t login on iPadOS 14.8 nor 15.4.1 - Useless on IPad Pro

Update 4-23-22: If you have an iPad, this app just won’t work — I confirmed directly with SoundPeats tech support. (Guessing it’s only here for iPhones.). Tried this app on both iPadOS 14.8 and 15.4.1, and it won’t let you get past the login screen.

TIP: If you only have an iPad (but don’t have an iPhone) and have an Android device, install this app from Google Play on Android to select/program your desired EQ settings. That will write the desired EQ profile or custom settings directly to the H1 buds memory, so EQ the settings carry over when you listen to an Apple device (iPad, Apple TV, etc.). That’s how to get the best sound out of these buds on other Apple devices without an iPhone.

Relevant part of my Original Review:
Have the nice Soundpeats H1 earbuds. Their same app on Android works great — I set up the account login and the adaptive and custom EQs there, and can select all through the different EQs there to my heart’s content. Their EQs make quite the difference.

The really good news is that if you have an Android device, pair your buds with it and then install this same app from the Google Play store. Then you can set up or select your preferred EQ settings there. Once set up on Android with my H1 buds connected, the EQ settings program the H1 buds so you get the same EQ sound when listening on Apple devices — even without the Soundpeats app installed on the Apple devices. If you want to change the EQ settings/sound quality, then you have to reconnect the buds with your Android device and change them there. It’s a pain to go back and forth between platforms, but it works.

Score one for using different tech platforms. The adaptive EQ/hearing test is the best thing — it really made a huge difference for me because it learned which frequencies to boost for my unique hearing — again, only on the Android counterpart to this useless app on Apple.
  • Maybe hacking your phone or stealing info

Doesn’t work says need updates and messages say there are none available.sounds fishy maybe Chinese using to steal info
  • Junk

    Couldn’t register or login!
  • No app support

First of all, there is really no app at all. I downloaded it and it will not connect to the ear phones. It keeps telling me to try again and I do, to no avail. It tells me then to also upgrade to the latest firmware call after what she tells me I already have the latest firmware.

No app support, no app, however the sound peats are good.

FYI, it would be good to have some type of EQ in the app, once you decide to create one that works.
