Can’t register the device without the password
Since I don’t know Chinese or Cantonese, the developer should apply a passcode in English. I have sent three requests and nothing. This is a horrible waste of money and time.chrissi553
Great Earbuds - Worst App Ever
I have the latest iPhone updated to the latest software and I got the App to recognize the buds once. After at least 25 more attempts to activate the App, it no longer works. It’s unfortunate that this company provides quality hardware - but it’s supporting software is so defective it is absolutely useless.DaveBra123

Chinese letters +
Saw a bunch of chinese letters in the notification asking for notification allowance. Weird but ok. Went to register using a bogus email: asks you for the code in the confirmation email. I'm good homie, take the 1 star and double it for the next personXx/\/\|€|-|/\3|_xX
Can’t even get to the log in screen
Soundpeats makes some decent budget earbuds, but holy moley they are bad at app development. I got the app to work on my Samsung phone, but here it won’t even let me put in my login information - I touch in the field and it just shows a red warning about needed me to fill in my email and password, but it won’t let me type in those fields. Just about the quickest uninstall I’ve ever done…NorcalScott

Need to register with an email to login. Only thing you can do it change EQ but it sounds good enough on default to not bother with the bad appJayRabxx
Useless now
Adaptive EQ was the only feature i really liked in this otherwise very buggy app, it worked fine for me. Now when they disabled it for no apparent reason, the app is rendered completely uselessMudator
