The app simply won’t connect to my device I have tried all of the steps it prompts me to do and nothing works. This is highly disappointing, the app functions are one of the main reasons I purchased this pair.JohnnyPoononniii
Which buds does this work with?
Does it work with the Mini Pros? It would be nice if the app description or the app itself told the user which buds it supports. I’m trying to get rid of the beep every time I change tracks or volume and was hoping I could do it with the app. Can’t connect my new Mini Pros and it says I don’t need a firmware upgrade. I signed up for an account easy, and don’t need to ready Chinese. However, it would be nice if you gave us the ability to save multiple custom EQs, at least 3, and name them. I want to make a custom one for piano music and one for electronic.

Interference
I wrote a review already but i want to add that the app remembers the setting that i have done once for example i turned of the in ear detection for Air 3 and after i delete the app the settings are not reset and problems begin to occur after that i suppose because if i want to reinstall the app to turn the in ear detection on again the app wont start and tells me to update it but it wont update and i am stuck with no in detection plus interferences while in game mode. Disaster.
Update: I tried everything from FAQ nothing helps. Please do something with the app or just make it possible to reset everything that app has changed.Gigajora
Adaptive eq test👍🏽
This may app not look the best but it does work. Taking the hearing test and using the adaptive eq did make my music sound better by making it sound more dynamic. If you’re unable to find the code to setup the app check your spam folder. Everything will be in Chinese except the numbers you need.

Absolutely no help in login requirements so I have no clue if I need to setup new credentials, one would hope not.
After waiting 6+ months for this app, it’s all that I expected it to be which is….nothing.
Should have purchased other headphones from the bigger name brands, that already had functioning apps. Regret my purchase .
