Avoid at All Cost
The first provider I was assigned to would not answer any messages from me. After 2 weeks of no answer, I reached out for help and was told to try messaging again - providers will respond within 48 hours. It wasn’t until I cancelled my service that they were suddenly able to help me get assigned to a new provider.
They have no customer service to speak of - you call and leave messages which they ignore. You can also email your questions to be ignored.
I needed my medical records sent so that the insurance company would release my disability claim. I have now requested these records EIGHT times. They will NOT send them, and they will not return my calls asking why they are violating federal data privacy laws that require them to release my records. The one time that I actually got a human being when I called, and I explained that it had been more than the 30 days they say it takes, she told me, yes, they are backed up, but she would expedite my request. That was two weeks ago - still no records (so still no disability payments).
Additionally, they have invoiced me now 3 separate times for the same two dates of service. The first two invoices said I owed $0, the third now says I owe them money and it must be paid in 6 days. The number to call with billing/invoice questions is the same answering machine that takes customer service and medical inquiries.
Save yourself a lot of frustration and avoid them at all costs.
