    I disagree with the previous review about it highlighting weight and the suggestion that it’s a weight loss app. I think the app is to the user what they want it to be. That’s why it asks what your goal is; to maintain, lose or gain weight. I’ve been following Katie Crewe fora long time now and I have gained so much confidence I myself from her workout plans and throughout my pregnancy as well. Now I’m in postpartum recovery and still feeling confident in my health and wellness. I’m not too focused on what my body looks like and more focused on my health and how I feel. Thanks to the Crewe crew for their hard work on the creation of this app! 💕

  • Incredibly disappointed

    I was really looking forward to the app but I was really put off when it required me to enter my weight and my nutrition “goals”. I’m just here to get healthy movement into my day. I’ve followed Katie Crewe because that’s what she seemed to be about to, but requiring users to enter this information suggests this is a weight loss app and the world just does not need any more of those. Entering your weight and your goals should be optional since many of us just want to get to the workouts and move. Also its really cumbersome and confusing for existing users to access the accounts we already paid for.

    Hi friend! Thanks for the honest feedback. Our profile setup is strictly to give you accurate macros, should you choose to use the macro tracker in our nutrition section. We were sure to include a "disable" button on our tracker for those who would prefer not to use this functionality, but would rather use recipes from our RD at their leisure. We're also working to add a "skip" button to the profile setup as well in our next update.
