  • DO NOT SIGN UP - free trial is not free, scam

I signed up for the free trial to see if I’d like the app and I was charged the full program amount which was $99. When I reached out to them they refused to give me my money back so now I am stuck with an app that I paid $99 for and will not use. Beware if you are signing up for the free trial - it is not free.

  • Legit amazing programs!

    Get this app!
I have been a lifetime lifter going on 25 years and this app is where it is at. Katie is a wonderful coach and programmer. Whether you’re a beginner or super advanced like me, you will get a fantastic workout program from this App. It walks you through every exercise with video and verbal coaching cues, as well as records, your reps and weight used, and prompts you when you could be increasing your weight for each exercise to get your progressive overload in. Seriously can’t say enough good things about this app, well done, Crewe!

  • Workouts good but app needs improvement

The workouts are great and I’m loving the maternity strength program. Just wish the app was less buggy and had a better UX. Every time I open it, it tells me I have an uncompleted exercise which I don’t. And it makes the volume on my music really low. Would be nice to see overview of all exercises so I can prepare for the next one while resting.

  • Just what I needed!

Great home workout. I have a bit of a garage gym set up and just needed someone to tell
Me what to do to make me actually use it! All I need to do is keep showing up. Love the meal ideas too
  • Only one issue

I love this app, it’s progressive and adaptable and has definitely kept me going to the gym!
My only issue is that the app doesn’t work using data, only when connected to WiFi. My gym doesn’t have WiFi so I have to screen shot the workout before I go. Because of this I can’t follow along, or do the stretches/cardio follow alongs.
When I try it just has a blank screen stating “no workouts this week”, it’s a shame because I’d give 5 stars if not for that.

  • Love the workouts

I have followed Katie on social for awhile now, and finally signed up for her maternity program this year. I really am enjoying the workouts. They’re challenging, which was something I worried about with maternity programs; that they were more focused on being overly gentle, but then you don’t feel like you’re getting any stronger. She also has substitutions if something IS too difficult. The ONLY thing I don’t like is how slow the app is when loading. It takes forever for your program to load, and it can freeze when you’re exploring, so you have to wait a sec to continue scrolling. But these workouts are really great, and so is Katie!

  • Helpful but Glitchy

Love this app and love Katie! The app is a little expensive for my taste, but honestly your health is worth every penny. There are substitutions for every exercise if your gym is lacking equipment like mine, and each exercise records how much weight you used. Unfortunately it’s a little glitchy and sometimes your subs don’t save, and your music automatically lowers volume when you’re in the app which is really irritating. Even if you mute the volume on the instructional videos. This would be the main fix I recommend. You can increase the volume if you switch over to your music app, but the second you come back to the Crewe app the volume lowers again and the instructional video starts playing.

  • Good workouts — very glitchy

I don’t understand why the app lowers my music for the video to play and keeps it lowered when I switch out of the app. I clicked the “auto mute” for the videos and it still does the same thing. It also added an auto update and now none of the breaks are loading and the videos stopped loading. I’ve tried using the app on wifi and also off of wifi and nothing seems to help.

  • Science-based! No crazy workouts

her workout designs are science-based, you won’t find trendy movements but the ones that actually have been proven over and over to actually work. Her focus on form is something I also appreciate. Great app!
  • Postpartum program

I’m a Mum of 2 boys. After my first child I completed a HIIT programme and became stronger than I’d been before having children - but I didn’t rehab my body properly after growing and birthing a baby and ended up injuring myself. 2nd time around it’s taken me a lot longer to get back into exercising as I still have issues from injuring my hip.

Katie’s postpartum program is EXACTLY what I needed. Sad to say it, but it’s actually the first time I’ve felt my pelvic floor properly engage. The program starts off at the right pace, making sure you engage your core and pelvic floor correctly before moving on to more intense exercises. I wish I’d had this a few years ago. Can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. There’s so much support on the app, and many resources to get you where you want to be.
