  • Loving it so far

    Great to be able to combine the gym workout with some home exercises as I have a home gym so don’t have all of the equipment a gym would.

  • Best $100 I ever spent

    I feel confident that I’m not overdoing it as a pregnant gal who has never navigated this lifestyle whilst being pregnant. It helps me to stay fit and strong while feeling safe I’m not over doing it as an athlete. Thank you Katie Crewe! 🥰🙏
  • Not user friendly

    I purchased the postpartum program but it is so hard to follow or start because of how each "workout" is set up. I don't need someone talking the whole time, I know giving instructions and going over how activating the core is important but to talk through the whole thing is just not necessary. I thought it would be a great program because I do want to get started on doing more intense workouts but I just couldn't even get past the first week. This was ultimately such a waste of money. The app is also not even loading for me anymore, it would just automatically close and not show me anything when opened, I paid for a something I can't even use.

    I love these clear workout. I love to follow a plan and this is perfect. The variety is excellent!
  • Just get this.

    I’ve had this for 6 months now, and I’m going strong. Katie is the absolute best- I’ve been following her for years now, was a trainer myself, and she has risen to the top and is the only trainer I follow anymore. Watching her journey from impossible looking plyo-push-ups to pregnancy, and then rebuilding back after she had her baby really won me over. She has to re-make her core, and you can see her progress in the videos on this ap. She didn’t stop her work, she didn’t hide the parts of her body that were still trying to chill until she had built them back up. When Katie says a move targets a muscle group and which regressions are best, she’s right and her own progress is proof.

    Plus she’s delightful to listen to and to watch- no fake smiles, no patronizing “come on you can do it!!” Katie understands that you wouldn’t be here if you weren’t motivated and if you didn’t believe in yourself to do the workout. She’s all business and shows you how. She is funny on her IG page- follow that- but here, it’s exactly what you need.

    Ap has a few tweaks that could help but they are too minor to mention.

  • Worth it!!

    Week 1 done at home and actually motivated to do it really great workout sweating lots!!
  • Great workouts, terrible app

    My app never syncs my info when I’m connected to my WiFi. I have to turn off WiFi and use data, and then it will show my program progress. Sometimes the app just cuts out in the middle of a workout and won’t save my progress.
    Katie is great and I like her workouts and demos/descriptions. But I don’t like that you can only work in one program at a time. And if you want to browse the other programs offered, you have to quit the one you’re in and start a new one. It makes it very difficult to explore all of the options you are paying for.

  • App glitches/can’t access workout

    I was very excited to start the postpartum program. Since logging in, the app has been glitching. It is frozen on a screen. I’ve restarted my phone, updated phone and app. One time it showed me a new screen but then froze on that new view. As a postpartum mom I have minimal time to workout and have spent my entire “free” time trying to trouble shoot the app and see the program I paid good money for. If it was a free program I would expect this but not for a $99 program.

  • Back to the gym

    Having pre-planned workouts has made going to the gym so easy. I was in a slump and this app is helping me get back on track with my fitness goals. I like how the workouts are structured… It feels like the hardest exercises are at the beginning so it gets easier and makes it enjoyable to complete the full workout. I also really like Katie’s explanations of each exercise. Content is 5/5, but app is 3/5 as it’s very buggy.

  • Maternity Program

    Great program for novice gym-goers. Not entirely sure I love the simplicity of the workouts so early on in pregnancy but I’m sure I will love them as things get harder in later trimesters. It would be nice to have another optional workout or two in a week too.
