[Incredible Tool - iOS user] - *****
I’m someone who is accustomed to burying my head in the sand when it comes to my mental health and allowing my thoughts to spiral to the depths of the deepest bogs. Whilst I have tentatively tried other apps and tools, nothing has seemed to help with my continuous cycle of struggle. This app has given me the vital tools to retrain my mind to slow down and halt the downward spiral and instead find a way to bring me back to a place of calm and comfort. There is a sense of self-care and empowerment, knowing I am taking control of my mental health and although I am doing it by myself, I never feel alone in my journey.
You need to dedicate a small amount of time to it (in the grand scheme of things) but you will get results. It’s the small wins that amount to the big ones and Ed can Help is really helping my mindset to shift for the better, bringing with it a new sense of calm.
When you subscribe to Ed can Help, Ed (our founder & qualified psychotherapist) will provide guidance & support on how to get the most out of our sound therapy and help you with your mental health.

The sound of silence is better than this app, in fact, watching any video of Ed is probably more effective than what this app purportedly does - 5 seconds of listening to that fella and I’m asleep. Tried the sound, didn’t like it, deleted. Thanks, but no thanks.
