Deletes appointments?
I had a Telehealth appointment scheduled for next Wednesday and the app is no longer displaying it in my scheduled appointments. I’m suffering from a severe sinus infection and pharyngitis and wanted to book an in person visit to check for strep, booked for Monday, and then that also is not displaying. App is generally buggy and slow. Poor accessibility.

I’m a Sanitas patient going to the Doral location. I love having this app to connect to doctors 24/7. Even if it’s a small concern. They’re very nice and helpful. It’s so nice to know I can just open this app and get connected without an appointment!
Disastrous
Why is it that a company like yours cannot design a useful, respetable app for its costumers/members? Are you not embarrassed? This app, like the previous one, is a total disaster. I’m reading the five stars and wondering if it’s that you pay people to give you five stars or if those people are your employees or if they’re point blank fools, because this cannot be rated 4-5 stars at all. For starters, you can even sign into the app, and if you try to recover your password, it tells you the info is wrong.
I never write reviews but I had to this time. Please respect your members, and design something worthwhile and useful. Something that can actually be used. -Thank you.

Disappointing
This app is not useable.
The lab results are useless. It only shows what was ordered, not the results.
There’s no way to tell what the referrals are for.
The icons on the top of the screen are too small and sometimes are not responsive.

Poor design , difficult date selection
Poor design. Not all icons respond in the main screen.
Date selection is very difficult and not intuitive. It is different from the industry standard for software design. Developers need to revisit this and actually test it out as a new client would. You will see the frustration very quickly.
I do not recommend this app unless you are willing to be punished while enrolling.

There should be an option to stay signed in
I have to type in my email and password every time I open the app and there is no way to stay signed in. Also, when I book an appointment it doesn’t show up in upcoming appointments.

I love this app, it’s very user friendly and makes life so much easier. I get to chat with my doctor, check my results and schedule appts! Highly recommend!
