It’s not for the customer anymore
I visit the Hard Rock Cafe Shop in Bali, the T shirt styles are outdated & poor design, I go to the Hard rock hotel store that sell Hard rock hotel T shirt and Hard Rock Cafe T shirts which are better style and quality.. but can’t use unity account in the store.. if Unity is the name why aren’t they part of the same brand?? It is not good for business.
The Hard Rock name is tarnished and does not have the same appeal anymore as it did a few years back.. it’s just about making money out of the public..

Loosen the machines
These machines continue to be so tight. I don’t even enjoy coming anymore because it’s too hard to win anywhere. Friday night I spent over $1000 and walked away with nothing.
The odds are not good. People are complaining but because there is no competition we keep coming for more punishment to be disappointed.
The point System is not what it used to be just like Friday night, I spent over $1000 and only got $20 on free. play. That is unfair and ridiculous. You need to do better. I haven’t had a free room in over 10 years. What’s up with that? I get free free homes, airfare, and free play at other casinos out of state, but I live right here and can’t even get a free room every once in a while.
I’m really frustrated. I have not had my name called probably 7 or 8 years for FreePlay and there are some people that I know personally are always getting their name. Needs to be spray more evenly..
I’m just venting because I know things I’m not going to change for me. Would be great if they did.

Hardrock best casino ever!
Hands down the best casino since switching over to unity, the upgrade to the guitar rooms and pool is phenomenal and the service at the Seminole Florida location is respectful and its spotless! The staff, including the hosts such as Michael, are outstanding! Thank you for being an oasis to run away to so close to home being and living in broward county!! Also the cleanliness has increased so much and the accommodations that go above and beyond for my paraplegic husband have been fantastic! Five stars!!!

Hi Seminole clásicc family I fell so sad because I love play at your casino but I never won any decent jackpots , I saw people no black card won a lot 50 ctvs God players like me nothing , I spend a lot money weekly and I no get nothing , every time I ask for concert tickets the host guys especially Bruce no have nothing for me , terrible the attention , I see host have preference in the players it’s not fear I’m a kind of player very nice and when I go to pick up my offers gift and if I go 5 minute late they close but I see they hold for another’s players , the attention of the cashier poh terrible and rude ! Well maybe things change in the casino like good customer service and kind people

I love the casino, been going there for 3 years, however, the free play has been disappointing for many months, unfortunately I don’t go there as often as I should, but if you promote higher and more free play it would encourage more people to go. I would love to give a shout out to a gentleman at the Rise, his name is Curtis, his work ethic and dedication every time my husband and I had gone there has been outstanding.

I was granted icon status. They matched my platinum status from Borgota . I decided to book a room . I requested a king bed smoking room . When I went to check in I had to go to the front desk . I wasn’t offered mobile check in or mobile keys like Borgota. When I got to the desk I was told they didn’t have any smoking rooms available. So I dealt with that . When I got to my room it was not a suite , it was not a king bed , and it was a handicap room . Those things I was not told . Then when I was ready to check out I called the operator Bd was told , I had to be out by 12 , Borgota is 2 , I asked to speak with the front desk , I was told there is no direct line to the front desk . I asked if there was a drop box for my keys , was told they didn’t know . Was told to leave keys on my room . I asked how would they know if I checked out on time so I don’t get charged a late fee. I was told if I was worried about that to go to the front desk . Hard rock needs to update their system. This was when you check in on your phone you know exactly what you are getting, no front desk , no keys , no waiting . I was very disappointed that Hard rock is so behind in technology. Also tier status does not give you any perks . No free play or comps towards food .

front desk, receptionist, LaKayla!! She went above and beyond to meet my needs and has a great customer service skills. Our reservation happen to get canceled because we had a late flight and wasn’t able to check in. we called the one 800 number and a gentleman by the name of Jesse did not empower himself to take care of me. He said the room was fully booked and that there was nothing he could do for me. It wasn’t until we showed up to the resort, and Lakayla went above and beyond to make us happy! We appreciate her and you have a beautiful resort!
