Won’t let me create a password
When I move to the confirm password screen it automatically moves back to the create password screen and therefore am not able to confirm my password or progress onto the actual app.

Locked me out of my account!
This app is beyond infuriating. I used it to set up an account and now that I’m trying to log in and access my account, the app says I haven’t set up any 2FA yet! 😵💫 this means I’m locked out of my account and can’t access anything! I regret ever using them for 2FA! And there support is just an email and no live help desk or contact info (phone, live chat, social media messages, etc.).

Simply doesn’t work
Does not work and now I am locked out of my account. Seems like a scam app. Just to lock up peoples money. Looking at the obviously fake reviews I am really worried I have lost my money. DONT download
