Hello! If you want to request a refund please follow these steps: 1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. 2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password. 3. Tap or click "I'd like to." 4. Choose "Request a refund." 5. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next. 6. Choose the item or items that you bought, then choose Submit. We hope that solves your problem. authentication
I have been working on this issue for two days now with no success yet the instructions say that I should have googled authentication.
I have not used it before but looking forward it will help me.
