My roblox account eas hacked, the customer support siad to get an authentication app, i download one will 5 stars and i get a subscription wall.

Great App

When I downloaded this app it kept giving me ads and stuff but once you gradually process it doesn’t. It’s a great app to 2FA on overall. More so onto that it isn’t even complicated.

Horrible App

There is literally no troubleshooting. I got a new phone so it logged me out and now i have no idea what the password is. When I click forgot password it just tells me to make a new vault. I lost multiple accounts because of this. Any good app would have some sort of forgot password feature. Do NOT download this.

Worst app in the world

I can’t get a refund on this. I can’t get to the page. I can’t find out what my vault password is. I can’t get back into my Facebook account. This is a complete waste of money and what a rip off. I want a refund and whoever reads this better authenticate who they are what this is for and why they cannot be reached. Most terrible, terrible app and I can’t believe you’re taking peoples money like you’re stealing from us.

Not worth it

I had this app for my games and recently I made a new Apple ID so the app was deleted now I can’t log back into the the old account for this app and I can’t figure a way to actually get my stuff back, this app is not worth it I tried to contact for staff and they send something that isn’t even related to my problems, it’s like some of the staff here have no brain or something and they will not help you at all I’m stuck in this and I cannot get me stuff back.

The most reliable way of getting the best results from internet.
I have been working on this issue for two days now with no success yet the instructions say that I should have googled authentication.
I have not used it before but looking forward it will help me.
