Needs bug fixes
It’s a very nice looking app so far but needs so improvements
1. When you look for locations it’s very zoomed in and it’s hard to click on one
2. When you check out and want to remove and item you can’t
3. The delivery option is confusing i would rather it say deliver to: ( insert ur address here) instead of the store location
All the visuals and pictures are very nice but other then the bugs that need to be fixed it’s a nice app

Good but glitchy and missing items
It’s a nice looking app but it crashed on me 6 times just trying to log in and it doesn’t even have any of the food on it which is a huge inconvenience. Also the store didn’t even have the grape which is what was ordered
Clean
It has a nice layout. less cluttered than the old app. The sizes still confuse me a bit, ha ha. The options are medium, large, and hot. I’m not sure what size you get when you order a hot drink 😅
Need to view menu when store is closed
As other reviewers have mentioned, the fact that the menu cannot be viewed when the store is closed is a serious hassle. I have dietary restrictions that are made much easier by being able to view possible options ahead of time—the inability to do so significantly reduces the likelihood I will use this app or visit this store.

Seems unfinished
Maybe I'm just missing it. But how do I tell how many bubbles I have total and how many more until I go up a belt level?
Also, how do I view the menu while the restaurant is closed? I guess I could select one on the other side of the country that's still open, but that seems silly to just view the menu.
I'm going to keep using the old app for as long as I can while they get this one sorted out.

Good but issues
Seems like a good layout except the app seems very slow to load and clunky. We still cannot order brown sugar boba as it’s not in the options so probably won’t be using this app to order in the future as we were told we have to call ahead every time if we want it and it’s just not worth it. Also along with everyone else, did not receive a reward. And why couldn’t this have just been an app update instead of having to download another version?

new version is nice looking but needs a lot of work
Didn’t transfer rewards, had to reenter in my card, why wasn’t it just an app update also??? Can I still order off the old app or?? No reward for transferring either
Impossible
I’ve tried using this beta app and the original app multiple times to order ahead so I get the rewards (because you can’t redeem them in store for some reason) and each time it takes so long to order that I give up. Today I was trying to add a drink and I would go to check out but it’d say “*insert drink name here* is not available for your selected time.” when nowhere did I ever have the opportunity to select a time or change one. Then when I go to delete any items in my cart it doesn’t let me and pops up that message over and over so Im forced to quit the app and start over.

No reward!
Did not receive a reward for downloading the new app despite the pop up in the old app saying that users would get one!

Doesn’t work?
The app crashes, menu doesn’t open, promotion wasn’t given as advertised but worst of all…I can’t even place an order, for the past 3-4 days since I downloaded the order button does not even work on this new one but it still does on the old app so Im just sticking to using the old app for now until they fix their issues.
