  • Be patient everybody

I just wanted to throw out a review of support. I’ve been testing this app out since it was only on TestFlight, and while everyone can recognize that it still has a way to go, I want to also recognize that the founder, Erin, has consistently put her blood, sweat and passion behind this project and is very involved and responsive. I’m confident that if she’s given a bit more patience and grace, this app will absolutely get where it needs to be. Looking forward to continuing to watch the progress, as it has come a long way since it’s early days already.

Thanks - almost ready for V2 - a few more bugs
  • Misleading Pricing

I should have read the reviews before downloading… that’s on me. After downloading, I had to purchase my preferred translation (ESV) only to be prompted to purchase a membership as well. After reading in my settings tab that my notes will be lost after an update that is expected later this year. Followed the link to the website where there was a very confusing message basically recommending that I screen shot all my notes if I wish to keep them. The concept is there, but I feel like I was very mislead in regards to how much money I was going to be spending.

What do you think of version 2.0. PB works beautifully now. Send me a mail and will help with a voucher....
  • wait

i’ve been waiting for a couple months now waiting for the new version to be released everytime I check it's the same and there's a message saying it could've been our 3 weeks ago now. I'm eager to start journaling :)/(
  • Writing

The writing part was got me most excited about downloading this. Then I had my first bible study on it. And as I was starting to write… it kept messing up what I was trying to write. It goes in and out, and at first I thought it was my pencil. So I checked my pencil on another writing app. It worked just fine… so the writing portion of this app needs a lot of updating and working on. But an AMAZING idea for an app.

  • Fantastic Prototype Version, excited for 2.0 soon!

I’ve wanted this app forever. I’ve seen enough consistent movement in development to maintain high hopes for version 2.0! $4/mo is a small price to pay to keep development moving!

If the app stagnants and does not deliver on expectations within the next several months, I will revise my rating down to accurately help users choose how to spen their money. But for now, I think it’s 100% worth the money.

  • A much needed app

I love this app. I’ve had it for several months now and I love the ability to take notes digitally. I also love how they are continually improving the app and are adding more features. I can’t wait for the next update!
  • Great Potential,

As many have said, the app has great potential. It’s still in development and so is missing some key features but I trust the developer is working on them and will role them out as soon as possible.

My biggest needs are, fixing the iPad M2 pencils issues and then the landscape mode. Yet, I know both of these are in the works.

Thank you for your hard work!

  • BEST Bible app!

Love the app! 🔥🔥I'm so grateful for it! Thank you for all that you're doing!
Can’t wait for landscape mode! I pray you get so financially blessed!
And to everyone else, please stop complaining about prices & being cheap when it's your brothers and sisters in Christ doing the work. No one complains about spending money on worldly things. It costs money to develop the app.

Also please stop leaving bad reviews if you’re not going to contribute financially to help. CLEARLY, she’s working on things, updating it as fast as she can, and provides us with updates.
Put your money where your mouth is and sow your money into good ground! ❤️

    Thank you again PB❤️

  • Finally a Bible app I can journal with.

UPATE: the developer continues to work on this app, adding features and fixing bugs. She actually reads these reviews and is taking all of the complaints and suggestions to heart. When 2.0 releases, please give it a try. I think if a digital journaling bible is why you are looking for this one will make you smile.

This app has great potential. I love being able to make notes and journal right by the verses. I agree with the landscape capabilities. One problem I have encountered is that when I scroll, I have to cut off the pencil or I make stray marks. Is there a way for the program to distinguish between the pencil and my finger? Keep up the great work. I see the potential for a terrific app!

Thanks Marcia! We are working on Touch VS Pencil. Hopefully will get it right soon.
  • Not sure how I feel

Every time I opened the app or went to a different chapter, I was prompted to upgrade. I hadn’t started using it yet. It was so distracting, I deleted the app. When I am reading my Bible, I do not want to be interrupted by constant pop-ups about upgrading. So, I didn’t get a chance to use it (or do anything productive) for that reason.
