Slow processing, no apple health integration

Used several times - some tests take well over 2 weeks from their received date to get results despite the 3-5 day promise. Despite that the biggest reason I will probably stop using Everly well is the lack of Apple Health integration. I want to be able to import my results the same way I can if I just go to Quest.

Very convenient

This is a very convenient way to take hold of your health, especially when doctors don’t order certain blood tests. It’s good to know I can take control of my own health by using this platform.

Everly well Thyroid Test like MAGIC!

I’m a busy mom, lots of little ones and too much on my plate. I’ve put off getting my thyroid levels checked for way too long and Im very thankful my medical provider due to a construction issue with their normal on-site lab facilities recommended using the at-home test kit instead of going to a traditional lab location across town. I’ll never have an excuse to delay getting testing done! Kit was so well put together and simple! It came complete with all needed supplies and thanks to the super easy to use video-instructions,with their helpful App even my nine year old was able to walk me through the steps and she loved being able to help! The coolest part was the “check my sample” step which used a photo to check that my sample was done correctly which eliminated all stress. I was very thankful for that step to make sure that it’s done correctly. Coolest test ever! Thank you Everlywell- I will definitely be utilizing more of your other test kits and will be telling friends and family to find your kits too! Thank you for making the obstacle of lab testing super accessible, affordable (same price as a traditional lab copay for me) and such a streamlined process! Loved it!

I waited too long to send my first test in and they sent me a new test at no charge.

Cant enter password to log in

Just downloaded the app to iOS and tried to log in. Keyboard brought up when logging in refuses to display numbers so cant enter my password. IPad OS 16.03.

Little information

I paid the money and the only information I received was I’m normal. I’d think with this being in a lab I’d get some number, anything other than a basic thumbs up!

Crappy instructions and missing essential item

There was no “unique ID card” in my kit. The instruction card inside the kit never mentions this card. Only after going through the process of collecting a sample did I see on the outside of the box that this was required. Complete waste of my time and money.
