stole some of my money... big scammmmm
i don't know if this is an "inside job" type of thing but i got deactivated from a scammer calling me pretending to be uber. I read him (or her i think) and hung up b4 he take my money and called cs, now they blocked me from accessing my account bc scammer is trying to log into my account maybe??? Then later i find out everyones account that is an uber driver being deactivated lol... Turns out it was Uber Pro Card that they offer for gas n payments, ever since i started using it, bad things started happening to me at my job incl. my money being secretly stolen from them, security vulnerabilities, fake statements. i cashed out way less then what is stated in their statements. I believe they were giving me way more trips ever since Uber Pro Card so they can steal more money. UPC company cs rep started losing character when i pinned it on him. This co will write like professionals but dont be fooled they are scam artists. This company is also riddled with ggle. Ggle drivers on the road absolutely actively harassing uber drivers if they making too money. Never expected to be deactivated for doing nothing wrong, but here i am deactivated pft, what a joke. don't even save that much for gas... upc straight up troll. don't use this service...

If you’re wondering if it’s worth it; It’s not. PROMOTIONS ARE FAKE!!!
Basically just another way for uber to secretly steal your money; Between all of the hidden fees, not actually giving 6% back on gas because you have to bypass your pin and most places don’t allow that. Any of their other “offers”, I’m actually losing money! If I had just left it on the uber app it wouldn’t have been that bad. THE UBER PRO CARD IS NOT WHAT IT SAYS AND THEY WILL TRICK YOU. READ EVERYTHING YOU SIGN AND ARE SENT. The App is hard to figure out and I’m 21 years old, so I cannot imagine someone with more age experience than I operating this app. And by the way, after not getting any of the promos (only reason I got the card) I realized to send money to your bank immediately it costs $2.95 (don’t quote me but it’s pretty darn close, maybe a few cents off.) Bottom line: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, IT IS A MASSIVE MASSIVE SCAM!!! Take it from somebody who’s had some decent experience with uber eats delivery and their app/ the differences between the regular uber driver app and this card.

Theres no way to use my fuel rewards
Previously there was an option to utilize my fuel rewards but currently theres no link to use my earned fuel rewards is there an amount they let you use the rewards or is this a glitch on the app! Theres no direction for the reward usage! Also I agree there should be a direct deposit option to my personal account and the instant transfer fees should be lower I suppose maybe inflation plays a factor in this but the fee is still way to high! I do find it quick todo a bank transfer most of the time in one day it transfers saving the instant transfer fee but depend upon the day or time the transfer initiates plays a factor in the transfer time. All and all is a good card for the instant payout and usage although I also have an issue with the current balance per transaction meaning that it should say the amount of balance per transaction for my filing reasons when doing calculations and checking for fraud that would really be handy! Seems suspicious if you ask me!

This card is great. I for one have no issues with loading more cash on the cards. All the locations it tells me to take the card to and do it work perfect on my end. It also tells you which atms you can take money out from too with or without a fee. I also have direct deposit set up through my other full time paying job and I’ve had no issues with that either. This card has done wonders for me, almost treats me better then a real card. I have it set up as Apple Pay, I can use it at hotels for check in since I do a lot of traveling around too. I’m grateful for Uber having the kindness of heart to make this card as to where before you could only cash out a few times during each day and have to wait again the next day to reset. Now I can cash out all day as long as I haven’t driven over the allotted amount of hours Uber wants you to drive each day before taking a break. This card really is a life saver.

Every Walmart order gets charged twice. The original authorization and then the final amount. It does the same for Target as well. It takes 30 days for the original “pending” amount to drop off. Hertz rental takes a month or more to post so money gets put back on the card after 30 days and it’s become a huge mess. Olive Garden accidentally did two charges on this card from my Apple Wallet and it took 30 days to get it back. My brick and mortar bank has never had these issues, nor has ANY other digital bank. This bank is only good for getting your Uber deposits right away but man the extra hassle this has caused has made me reconsider that convenience. You have to scroll through all transactions for the Pending ones to show at the top. I don’t recommend this card/bank for anyone who doesn’t have a cash cushion as these pending transaction issues will have you pulling your hair out. Customer service is a joke and I have to explain myself 3+ times because they are locked and loaded with generated replies. I’m over it! Oh, and the places the app says you can add money, well you cannot add cash directly to this card. No location they say will, actually does. They all say they have never been able to. My locations say Dollar General and a couple of gas stations but nope, not accurate at all. This card and app has been a huge hassle and the biggest waste of time. Use ANYTHING else!

I am forward with you specialist that I am every way try to my account regular run but Uber Pro Card team super super Duper well educated only updated the email
And the support team the time period is one month and right now. I have a no access my account and also my Uber driver account mess up. I have a new access my old email. I don’t know how to the old email updated with my Uber Driver account. I really standing audition audition and clapping for Uber Pro Card team. And if you support him say please talk to higher authority supervisor put on hold.((((((((((I don’t know why you were hire. Pretty good bank account
I’ve been doing Uber since 2021, Uber eats. But I’ve been using this card since I moved to Los Angeles last year, although I’m in Kansas now. It’s very easy to use and it is accepted in many places that the DoorDash DasherDirect card are not!
The extra $100 backup balance they provide if you can fulfill the eligibility requirements comes in if you fall that low. But I will admit I don’t like that It automatically repays itself with your earnings because especially if you have to use the majority of that money for a bill.. just make sure you have enough gas to finish your shift before all of your earnings get eaten alive and you end up stranded..
I wish it was a dollar load fee like cashapp.

Uber Pro Card (TRUTH)
I deliver for Uber eats and get payed as soon as I drop an order off and as soon as I get the tip, FREE OF CHARGE, It’s easy to see what’s coming in and what’s going out ..You can take out money at any ATM, certain ones are free..You can add money at your local 7-11 any day or time, It’s a 4.95, that’s the only remark I have that isn’t positive besides the too be expected delay too dispute charges by an online bank missing actual humans constantly working..You get cash back at the gas pump and if you meet the easy to hit requirements you can borrow $100, I’m not sure how long because there was no pressure too hurry and pay it back after at least a week…I tried to give a honest, thorough review, I hope it helps..

Support works against you
Have a question about the app, or God help you, an actual problem that needs resolution? Contacting support will only ever produce a link to some FAQ article that might share a keyword with you support submission. At that point, they consider your issue fixed and will automatically close the help ticket if you do not inform them that you need more info than the FAQ suggestion provided. Once you initiate that next step, they will again provide some FAQ link but this time in email format, and again close the ticket unless you initiate further requests for assistance. If an agent does eventually follow up on your issue, it may or may not be within the number of days they are able to take any action to correct the problem. Sometimes I never hear back at all, sometimes they cite information that contradicts the actual documentation I submitted, sometimes they apologize and blame you or Uber, sometimes they don’t apologize.

Oddly useful
Since I work in an EV and they give tiered cash back on charging, it has become a great conduit and buffer between my actual bank accounts and my earnings. I can make payments and stay on top of my credit building and the back up balance is extremely useful for that. This is a strangely great system and I hope they continue to expand the benefits. If they had given a refund on all out of network atm fees, I think this could become the best checking account ever. But it’s a matter of whether or not they decide to. Great for what it is and what it does. I am hoping to see what more they have in the future.
