Unacceptable from support team. No access to money
I had broke my phone 6 days ago now and had to get a replacement phone. Now that I have my replacement phone I’m unable to log into Uber pro app to unlock my card to access my funds. I have spoken to two different support team members on two different occasions who escalated it to higher ups. Higher up’s above the support team sent me an email 5 days ago now saying to go ahead and log into my account with my new phone and it will prompt me to sign in new device. Yet I’m still getting the same message “new device detected “ for 5 days now. And I haven’t heard a peep from any from Uber pro card side. They haven’t responded to emails and every time I call support team is always escalated to higher up’s. I have kids and this is very unprofessional ,unacceptable , and disgusting on your side by supporting your drivers. I would love to hear back from u guys before the year is over! App support is just straight up trash

Scam warning!! Be aware!!
If you use this card be aware of the scam they try! If you borrow the money they lend you!! Make sure you have money money in your pocket or credit cards because they take every single fare n tip back until paid off! I had a quarter tank of gas n though I could work n fill up the tank n pay back as you go! No that's not the case they take every single dollar from your earrings not a percentage! If you have a 20$ fare they take it all back until paid in full amount! Very wrong I thought it was like 3$ 5$ no it's all your earrings! What's the point of borrowing the money if they want it right away! It's crazy! I'm half way paying the 100$ I borrowed n I'll be delete my account n they charge so much money to transfer your. Money 5$ to transfer 200$ n Uber only charges .85 cents come on now doesn't make since scammers

One thing after another
First of all, support for this card is horrific. They are closed most of the time, if you make the unfortunate mistake of trying to resolve an issue through e mail … expect 20 e mails with no solution. So you call. They are closed most of the time as they are central time. Your account gets flagged again and again and again for things like taking a scooter past 8pm , buying a cake for a friend’s birthday party. I was locked out of my account time after time and high and dry with no money. Careful borrowing money! Each cent you make after borrowing goes to Uber. You CANNOT make ANY money until the debt is satisfied. God forbid you lose the card. Make sure you have another bank account to transfer the funds before reporting it, or else you are held hostage for 10 (TEN) days minimum without so much as a cent to use. Simply not worth it. Trust me! Awful experience for 8 grueling months.

Uber driver
I love that there is rewards if you use the card and I also like that there is a back up balance of $150 that you can take anytime you want I rated at five stars because it’s been very helpful and accessibility is very easy and you get paid instantly, and there’s no wait time when it comes to paying for gas and other things that might require processing the only thing I kind of have a problem with is that $150 loan only stays at 150 I wish they kept track of it and rewarded those who paid it off or paid it off quickly and they would increase the amount other than that very great company very great banking very great pay and very useful tools can be used with them

Uber pro card & APP are both amazing !
This application & card are impressive to say the least…
This interface is intuitive, making navigation a piece of cake. The app loads quickly, and I haven't encountered any glitches or issues so far. It's been smooth sailing all the way through. And makes my job easier & my performance on deliveries consistent. I Definitely recommend giving it a try if you haven’t yet, espically being an Uber delivery driver.

Wish I could give 0 stars
This is the most infuriating banking app I’ve used.
Just trying to log in I used the facial recognition but it asked for my passcode as well which I entered and it wouldn’t move to the next screen. I tried again and the same thing happened. I attempted to reset passcode to see if that would help. I got the email to reset passcode and it directed me to a web link that redirected me to the App Store. I opened the app and tried this process multiple times but it never moved past the page to send the email request. No matter what I did I got redirected to a page that would redirect me to my web browser that then would redirect me to the app which wouldn’t move past the send email page.
There’s no customer service either which makes this even more annoying.
Supposedly this last update would’ve fixed the issue but it just made it worse.
The developers need to fix this issue ASAP.

This card is vulnerable to fraud
I was scammed thru the app and scammers easily withdrew all the funds from my card posing as Uber support. Branch has not returned my funds and the investigation will be at 90 days on 12/13. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this account. I am a platinum driver and have been driving Uber for over 2 years. I lost my home because of this incident and they more than likely are not going to refund my stolen money. They are now forcing me to continue to use it until I repay my $150 back up balance and I can’t even log into the app and I don’t even have the physical card anymore. After all of this I am done. Between risking my life driving in areas where cab companies won’t even send their drivers for fear of being penalized by Uber and being forced to use this service I am done. Please learn from my mistake. If you have this card they don’t allow cash out to any other account except the weekly payments to your bank account.

This card is great if you have your own car for Uber. However, I rent through Avis and the pending charges they put on hold every week is ridiculous. When I first rented the car I paid the deposit and for the first week. Sometime in July I was triple charged and ever since then I have had nothing but problems from this app. Every week there is a new pending charge and to get it removed I can either wait a week or email them to get it dropped. I email them and it takes anywhere from 2 hours to 7 days for them to view your case. That would be fine except I don’t have and extra almost $400 a week to just let the charges pile up. Calling them will get you nowhere because the department that handles the disputes and pending charges can only be reached by email. There should at least be a phone in the department so we can call. In the emails you have to go back and forth, back and forth before they will even escalate the email to department who actually removes the charges. They say they work 24/7 but you could fool me. This app will be the reason I no longer drive for Uber.

Surprisingly Great Card
Instant deposit after the trip makes it very convenient. Able to withdraw up to $1K same day for free at certain ATMs that their map will allow. Instant withdraws to your own personal bank acct with a fee is pretty standard but also convenient if you don’t want to go to an ATM. Great perks when using the status tiered discounts. My supercharger cash back is currently 8% per transaction. Almost to Diamond and will be bumped up to 12% so looking forward to that. I use it to pay bills like car insurance and even everyday purchases. If you drive Uber, it makes sense to use the card. $150 cash advance is also really cool and helps. Easy to pay it back too.

Time saver
I love love love the Uber Pro App. Being able to use the Pro Card to pay for gas, food and other business-related expenses makes it so much easier to document my tax info at tax season. I also like the added benefit of moving funds into a savings “account” that allows me to create a goal and not have that money in my bank accounts where it can easily get spent. But, if I needed it in an emergency, I could easily and quickly move the money into those accounts.
