Great Functionality, But Room for Improvement
As an app developer, I must commend you on the app's smooth functionality, which works as intended. However, I feel compelled to address a couple of concerns. Firstly, the fees associated with the app are quite high, and this might deter potential users from fully embracing it. Secondly, the inability to transfer money through Zelle is limiting and can be a significant inconvenience for some users. Additionally, the lack of integration with tax/accounting software restricts the app's potential to streamline financial processes.
Considering that the app targets Rideshare drivers, it's crucial to prioritize user enablement and efficiency. Empowering users through seamless financial management should be at the forefront, as opposed to resorting to gimmicky features. By focusing on 100% enablement of its workforce, the app can truly stand out and become a preferred choice among Rideshare drivers.
I believe with some refinements and enhancements, your app has the potential to cater effectively to its target audience and become a leader in the market. I look forward to seeing further improvements that prioritize user needs and overall enablement. Keep up the great work!

We greatly appreciate your feedback and suggestions! We are always looking for ways to improve the functionality of the app and enrich the user experience with new features. We will keep your suggestions in mind for future updates. Thank you for the review!
Multiple issues but overall okay app.

Thank you for your feedback! As the Uber Pro Card and Uber Driver are separate apps, and owned by separate companies, each app is going to have its own notification settings. For the Uber Pro Card app you can adjust through the Account tab. The Uber Pro Card is intended to be used as a bank account and not to receive your automatic payouts and then transfer to another account. To avoid transfer fees, you can use the card as you would any other debit card for retail and fuel purchases, bill pay, etc. If you need any additional information, please reach out to us at support@branchapp.com. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback! At this time there is no way to schedule the automatic payouts from the Uber Driver app to the Uber Pro Card, only the instant option. However, you can turn off your automatic payouts if needed. Please reach out to us at support@branchapp.com if you would like any additional information.
Liars, cheats, and thieves
Instant pay hasn’t worked for me and support team unable to assist to fix the problem
26k 5 star reviews? Suuurrreeee....
The instant payouts and cash back on gas was nice while it lasted, but somehow I've been locked out of my account. I have attempted to call their support number numerous times, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.
Today I found an email for them so I will update if / when I receive a response.
EDIT: Their Email support will give you the runaround, literally copying and pasting support articles instead of solving the actual problem. They claim the issue is with my phone despite their app being the only one I've had a problem with.

Ok, but…
*DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD*
I used this card for direct deposits from my employer. Everything was fine until January 2023 when I didn’t receive my monthly direct deposit from my employer. I contacted my employer to see where my direct deposit was and they provided me with the account number for Uber that it was sent to AND with the Trace ID # to provide to Uber to locate the payment since it never bounced back to my employer.
*DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD*
I have contacted Uber for months now with no response other than “someone from accounting will contact you”. No one has contacted me yet or ever. I have email proof that I have reached out to Uber pro card again and again and again, providing screenshots, detailed information relating to the missing direct deposits, the Trace ID # to locate the direct deposit (my employer told me to provide this number to Uber to locate the payment), and all they say is they “can already see where my request has been escalated” and they ask me if I want them to escalate it again.

My entire paycheck is with Uber pro card and they are apparently stealing my paycheck. I have received direct deposits before and after this instance but they stole my January payment. You may have to take legal action in order to receive a response from this company.
