  • App won’t even open

    This app won’t even load when it’s opened. Just sits on the blank logo screen indefinitely.

    It is wonderful when a company has such prompt response. I emailed them due to not being able to find a button to unsubscribe. Responses were prompt, polite and positive. The app as a whole is indeed effective, however not suitable to me at this moment in time. (School+ working at a group home, etc. = crazy schedule). I will be coming back as soon as life slow downs.

  • Would NOT recommend!

    I was really disappointed with the marketing of this app and the lack of customer service. It is sold as being a tool to manage ADHD. The design of this app is so incredibly busy and confusing, it threw my mind into total overwhelm. Its design works entirely against anyone with any executive dysfunction. I trialled it, didn’t use it once I’d tried and failed to get my head round it. The money came out for the second payment (I must have agreed to this but thought I’d paid for a one off period so legally they didn’t have to refund), but there were no emails to give you a heads up or to notify that the subscription was rolling on. Any app targeting the ADHD market would build this in. I contacted customer services on the same day. They referred me to another department that refused a refund despite me not having used the app during that period and only once or twice in the 3 1st period I’d already paid for. I emailed them back explaining that it was marketed so badly and asking them to reconsider especially as I hadn’t used it at all in that period. They didn’t even respond to that email. Whilst I appreciate failing to end the subscription is my responsibility, if you are looking for an app or a company that truly want to help people with ADHD, do not use this one.

  • Could never log in & refused refund

    I’ve never written a review for an app before. I’ve never been passed back and forth between different people so many times to answer my emails telling them the same thing, and they respond as if they do not understand what you have said and repeat the same answer as before, again and again. I cannot access the app, I’ve shown them screenshots of what I can see on my screen, there is no where to log in (the log in section does not appear). They have refused a refund (I paid for 3 months) saying that as I have already accessed the app they will not provide a refund. Then for the millionth time when I replied saying I have never been able to access the app and no one seems to be able to help me, so please either tell me exactly where to find the log in section or provide a refund, they then just reply in the same way they did to the previous ten emails. They have stolen my money and they have not listened to what I have said in the emails. Shocking. I have never had this experience with an app before and I’ve used loads of apps. Sorting things out is normally straightforward. Not with this app or this customer service team. Terrible. Avoid.

  • No refunds - mental health misuse

    This app is basically a mood tracker with some analytics attached. There's plenty of better options out there if this is what you’re after for cheaper and less scammy. I purchased a years plan thinking that 1 will have one on one coaching and lessons to help me work through my ADHD symptoms. That was the impression i got from their website and questionnaire. I thought why not? It'll help me manage my symptoms better. I bought it online because the site was convincing. Once i installed the app I was hit with significant buyers remorse. So i reached out to the support team to receive a refund, only to be met with the following statement “ All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable” by a senior support specialist. So now I have a subscription I wont use that I’ve paid for which is non-refundable. Any organisation and product that believes in their product would offer a money back guarantee. I really resent the misuse of mental health as a platform to make money being used by this organisation. Furthermore, the lack of accountability of money when a product doesn’t fit a customer is just proof of the ethos of this organisation: “Give us your money, we’ll tell you may have ADHD, you can track your mood using this app and hope it makes you feel better! Good luck!”.

  • Unusable

    The app is user unfriendly and incredibly overwhelming. Unfortunately there is no way to test it out before purchasing or even to see what it can do or what it looks like. So, you commit to a year subscription and if it’s not for you they tell you that they have delivered the product effectively and will cancel at the end of the year, regardless of usage or consumer confidence and satisfaction. I’m sorry I clicked on their advert on fb. The advert seemed great! But the reality of what you get and the chat bot responses from their admin team and the clear fact that they only want your money and couldn’t care less about consumer rights or satisfaction, while suggesting that this is a tool to support better wellbeing, especially where it relates to neurodiversity and meanest health - stay well away! Apple should be aware that this developer is taking money from people while not offering a usable or satisfactory app.

    TLDR: scam alert

    I purchased a subscription because I have ADHD and wanted to see if the reviews were true. I downloaded the app and was never able to see a single feature. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and still no results. I contacted customer support and after several days I received a response that they were cancelling my subscription. She forwarded my request for a refund to her manager. I was told I was not eligible for a refund even though I never had access to anything on the app. So they just got free money from me. Way to prey on neurodivergent individuals.

  • Disappointed

    I signed up thinking this app will help me be more organized, give me insight on how to manage scattered brain self.
    I regret signing for a full year.
    They want you to “buy $$$
    into” all these other programs and materials.
    There is no human being to talk to??? They don’t answer emails with a direct response.
    At this point, I think its just another app trying to grab your money.

    I can’t afford to loose money, as this is a typical trait of ADHD people. Spending money irrationally, and these app people con me in…

    Would have rated Zero if it was possible. This app actually does nothing that a planner can’t. Apparently there is no refund either for apps which do nothing. What happened to consumer rights? I’m very dissatisfied and would not recommend. Don’t get caught up in the sign up for more months to get it cheaper, go for one month if you want to try it. Essentially you can’t access any information on ADHD symptoms unless you pay for it, you have to put all of your own reminders in to the app and it doesn’t give you any information. It’s basically a planner app that you do yourself. Your ‘personalised planner’ is not personalised, just a generic list of stuff you can find anywhere and despite filling in the lengthy questionnaire, there is little information on what you have said in it. Tried to make an appointment for a showing if the app to see what I was missing and the next one is in 2 months’ time. Complete waste of time and money.
