  • Bad App Design

    The app requires a two factor code. Every time I go out to get the code from email it then requires sign in and a new code. Never ending circle of doom. Horrible app design.

    Apologies for the frustration. It sounds like you might be closing the app when you check your email and then re-opening it? Can you ensure you are "switching" between the app and email and not "closing" it? Please let us know how that works at support@yourgipet.com. In the meantime, we will start to look at ways to redesign this process and prevent it from happening in the first place. Thank you for the feedback!
  • The app is pointless.

    I have tried booking 2 different appointments in the past few months and both times it said “pending” and then disappeared with no email or anything saying they were booked. There was no confirmation and no email explaining why these appointments were cancelled. I even tried calling to ask them what happened and there was no answer and the call said to book on the app when that was the issue in the first place. I really enjoyed having my dog boarded in May and he loved it, but once they got the app they’re way of running things and customer service went down hill.
  • So infuriating

    The app landing page says “create an account” or “sign in” - when you click sign in, it says it will send you a one time code to your email however as soon as you click over to your email app, get the code, and then go back to the app - it puts you back to the landing page and makes you start this endless cycle over again! You literally can’t sign in unless you have a second device to pull your email up on to get the code without clicking out of the app.
    I really wish my vet didn’t use this app, but it’s the only way to request appts so I’m stuck.

    Apologies for the hassle! It sounds like you might be closing the Yourgi app when you switch over to your email, which will restart the verification process. Can you please try to switch between Yourgi and your email (without closing Yourgi) using Apple's instructions here? https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202070#:~:text=Swipe%20up%20from%20the%20bottom,that%20you%20want%20to%20use. You can also log into the Yourgi Portal at https://portal.yourgipet.com/ Please let us know if this doesn't work for you.
  • Garbage

    Got this app for two devices. On IOS, you can't select tomorrow's date. On Android, it won't let you pick a drop off time.
    How about you trash this and start over?

  • Can’t even sign up

    Good idea. BUT can’t even sign up. Keep getting a network error using both the app and the QR code provided by the vet.

  • Does not send verification code when resetting password

    Apparently my vet set up an account with my phone number but the forgot password link does not send a verification code and there is no way to access support from the password recovery page… I guess I’ll give a better rating once I can get in

  • The most stupid app

    The most stupid app ever. Right at the first step to sign up an account, it already couldn’t perform properly. To sign up you need to put in the phone number for verification code. The app sent 4-digit code only while the app itself requires 5-digit to perform the next step. Such a crappy way to start an account. Bye!
