Can’t use it
When I attempt to set up an account, I’m asked for my phone number so a code can be sent. The code they send is 4 numbers. The screen wants a 5-number code. No matter how many times I ask to have code resent, the same 4-number code is sent. I do not recommend anything about this app.

Lots of improvements needed
A few things this app is lacking.
-ability to make reservations for multiple pets at once. If I'm boarding both of my dogs, why can't I select both of them together instead of having to repeat the process all the way through for each?
-cannot view existing reservations
-my "favorite" places should automatically populate, instead of having to search my own zip code to find our daycare every time I need to reserve. The location this app thinks I am is nowhere near where I live.Clockr
Not very robust
Completely agreed with previous reviews. Added vet into profile but doesn’t tell me if vet part of Yourgi network and how to request immunization records to be loaded. No information on appointments already made. Not worth the 10 min it takes to download, install, and register. Too bad, nice idea.MarineDadx2

Reservation Information
I do not know why you can not see currently booked reservations in the app. If the whole point is to make reservations why am I not able to see anything I currently have booked? I accidentally put the wrong month for a boarding and was alerted to this only when I got the pre boarding information in an email. They only way to then change was to directly contact the daycare center, completely defeating the purpose for this app.Sadman114
Waste of Time
I keep entering my zip code and even selected my vets office that came up but the app would repeatedly give me locations in Colorado to choose from …I live in Texas. Easier to just call the office and schedule directly with them.Debb.B
Not worth using
I would love to use this app and pay money for a subscription but there is no where to sign up or pay! Not even on your website 🤦♂️ I am surprised an app was even released and marketed without allowing the user to complete basic tasks or sign up and pay the company! Good idea, poor execution. Yourgi has a long way to go but in the meantime I think I’ll just build my own app to solve this problem.Niro-Hassam
