Can’t open the app with my sign in. Sends a code to reset password but code doesn’t do anything but return you to Home Screen. This app is useless. The doggy daycare and boarding business I use should never have partnered with this app. A one star is overrated!bflhddhjgfk
Cannot reset password
I’ve have been trying to reset my password for about a month now. Jordan from Customer Support has been very good at returning my emails, but I still cannot reset it. The problem seems to be in the final “next” or “reset password” after choosing a new password. Nothing happens. Nothing. Giving up on using Yourgi.piNtaK

I thought the other two pet apps were bad - till I downloaded this one. It doesn’t do anything - let’s you find a vet and *maybe* book an appointment. I can do that by calling them.
Annoying account creation process, worthless after you get your account created if you know how to to dial a phone to call your vet to make an appointment.
At least the other two pet apps reward you after you create an account by letting you see your pets medical status and history.
I wish I could have my 15 minutes back downloading and creating an account with this stupid app.GoldsGymRat

I tried using the app. After my boarding request showed pending for 2 days, it completely disappeared and there is no record of it anywhere.biilllyyyboyyy

Extremely disappointed to see that this app is unusable without enabling “Precise Location” permissions. Using the “imprecise” location results in app failing to load any clinics (it also does not have a text box to manually search) and no error code.
