  • Aweful waitress

    That was the worst customer service I’ve received this year I prefer coconut shrimp which taste in appear that they were cooked in old grease and you could soak the grease out in a napkin she was not attentive to the table took food a long time and they wasn’t even busy. The waitress definitely need more training. You Beverly treated us like we’re getting on her nerves but treated the other two tables differently which was white customers. It was odd stayed to leave a few times

    This is the worst meal I have ever had 1-Waited about 8 minutes to be seated restaurant was not busy. 2-Was told baked potato would take 1 hour and this was after 4:00 3-Ordered ribeye steak medium well came well done and less than one half inch thick. 4-Waitress bought out another steak and it was about the same just kept it brought home any way. 5-Was told no A-1 or Heinz 57 sauce. 6- Will not be 6-Will not be going back no time soon

    Bria the bartender was great. It was very busy but she maintained her professionalism and gave us first class service. Asst. Mgr., Robert even came to check on us to be sure we were taken care of. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was refreshing. They even put the first round of the NBA tournament on the TV for us. We as travelers found it a terrific place to stop and we will certainly be back. —Greg & Sue
  • Horrible food

    My wife and I went to the Athens location and the food was horrible. I purchased the bourbon pork chop which came out burnt and very dry, mashed potatoes were lukewarm the broccoli was the only thing with the meal that was worth eating. My wife got the coconut shrimp which tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The only tasty thing was the croutons. I told our waiter and showed him my pork chop and he said I’ll tell the kitchen not to cook as long next time. Never went to get a manager or anything. Luckily we had some rubies to help with the cost. I’m very disappointed and left hungry since I couldn’t eat the pork chop. It will be a while if I ever go back to that Ruby Tuesday.

    I have personally eaten at this location many times in addition to bringing in a large women’s club in for dinner frequently. The wait staff and Asst General Manager are extremely accommodating, efficient with serving many dinners at one time, and running single checks is amazingly smooth! The coupon specials and quality of food is also great. Thank you and please keep up the great work!!

    Went in at 5:45 took over an hour to get our food. Our empty drinks and appetizers were not removed from the table for a while- when we asked for a refill for my sons sprite - he got water - the table was so wobbly that we couldn't put our arms on the table or the drinks would topple over/ the food was good and our server was very polite- didnt seem to be a manager on duty- had to ask for our check 2 times - when ur ready to ur ready and we had to sit there longer than expected

    Went to Ruby Tuesday store #7432 took my wife and two of my friends for dinner all ordered the 6oz ribeye the place was not busy it took them 45 minutes to cook our dinner meat was so tough we could not eat it the manager took 1$ off and she never came back to check on us this store is going to close if that’s the kind of service they provide
  • Good food lousy service

    We had a party of 4. Three of us had excellent food. One had ribs that came out cold, and were very small. The server was not very good. After we got our drinks, she never came back to see if we needed refills. After we were dry for 15 minutes, my husband went up to the hostess and asked for refills. She brought them. About ten minutes later our server brought drinks and said “are you ready for refills?” Obviously the hostess said something to her and she was trying to preserve her tip. We asked for the check, and it took 10 more minutes to get it. Then she couldn’t get the card reader to work right and went away for a few minutes and then came back. She gave us the card reader and went away.
    She never said her name, but the receipt said it is Shanad. I think she needs to be trained. She was pleasant enough, but not a server.
  • Outstanding experience

    We have not eaten at Ruby Tuesdays yearsss! We decided to give it a try today and they did not disappoint! Chris and Eboney were our servers and they were very attentive while we dined! They were able to answer all of our questions about the menu without hesitation! We loved everything and will definitely be back! Thank you Eboney and Chris!

    Our service could’ve been a lot better. We sat at a four top that only had silverware for two. Our waiter didn’t bring us another set. We had to wait 15 minutes before someone would take our drink order, then another 10 minutes for us to order our dinner. Two of us ordered the 2/$25. When we received our app the waiter brought three dirty plates. I asked another male to bring us three clean plates. By the time we received three clean plates our appetizer was cold. My boyfriend had to get a set of silverware from another for me. I had ordered the tenders with zucchini. When we received our food it was hot. I asked for ranch dressing for my chicken tenders. We waited for the ranch which we never received. My boyfriend went to the salad bar to get me some. My son ordered the 6 ounce sirloin medium and received it well. The waiter never refilled our drinks. Our waiter came by and asked if we wanted dessert, we didn’t want any. The waiter brought us our check, we asked for three boxes. We waited for 10 minutes for the boxes. Then we had to 10 minutes to pay. As we were leaving the waiter was on his cell phone having a conversation. Overall we’ve received better service from other restaurants.
